All the food was phenomenal!I meant to take a better picture we had a full table full! We love Gluten free friendly they are with lots of options.
Staff were all amazing. We had called in only 30 minutes ahead to ask if there was seating available, the hostess took our name and reserved a table for us in advance. When we arrived, a few minutes before our scheduled time, they were already preparing our table and seated us early. The servers were awesome. Carly was our primary server. She was so personable, observant and attentive to every need. We had a good time and a great meal. Everything was above and beyond.
Food and service were both excellent. Look forward to returning in the near future.
We celebrated our 17th Anniversary tonight for dinner here. We cannot say enough about the staff. My husband has culinary background and I have a customer service background. We observed the staff, as we normally do in any restaurant. We love to see how the staff and team work together and how we can encourage them by calling a manager over to complement the waiter/ waitress we have. Along with anything else we notice. The food was and is fantastic, we really enjoyed our meal. With the chicken wraps and sweet and sour chicken with white rice. It was so good. My husband kept raving about the sauce that was made. First there was a long wait. But that’s to be expected when you come to the restaurant at 5:00 PM on a Saturday evening. This didn’t bother us at all. We had an amazing hostess, who took care of us. We just settled in and took our time. We were seated, the waiter we had Tyler, worked also the bar and had a co helper bartender that also would switch off. Tyler’s upbeat attitude, jokes and willingness to listen was awesome. We received our lettuce wraps, Tyler was attentive even though he was working the bar. We were in awe of his way of making drinks, he did them so well. Of course, since the restaurant was packed, we knew that it might be a bit of a wait. So we just chatted with each other and observed the way the team worked. Wow, we were in amazement of how fluid and how cohesive the staff worked as a team. The manager was jumping in with all of the staff. That’s rare to see, now a days. Matt the manager checked on customers, he helped the bussers, served customers, helped with the drinks, he even helped clean up a spill and the sign for caution wet floor was put up. They all worked together and it was so encouraging to see. Having worked in these types of service, we know that most staff hear complaints and we just were so happy with what we saw and how well they flowed together in this busy service time. The staff served each customer with a smile. We were really thrilled with our food. We can’t wait to come back. Honestly, this team is one of the best, we’ve seen. Please be kind and complement the staff, even the dishwashers. Those who do the mundane tasks are so important and multiple times we forget them. So tonight please make sure you check out this P.F. Chang’s in Lancaster. The team is amazing. Thank you to the staff, we see the people who work in the back and the chefs are phenomenal and to serve so many people in that busy time was amazing.
Nice location, however, the food quality has dropped considerably from the previous time that we were there. the appetizer were tasty and we expected good dishes coming out....BUT...the Crispy Honey chicken were so soggy that it had to be sent back. It came back out a little bit less soggy but in no way was it crispy. My son also complained that it was more flour than chicken as the pieces of chicken were bits not chunks. I had the Chilean Sea Bass which was overwhelm with tea and ginger and had very little soy taste that it became slightly bitter. Also the spinach was not cooked well and had no soy taste but was also overwhelm with ginger that it was also bitter. So disappointed is what I have to say. Not worth the overpriced cost. Could have had a better tasty meal at a Panda Express at the food court in the mall for probably a fourth of the price.

Great experience at the PF. Chang’s in Lancaster. Alex was a great bartender. Way better than the Freehold, NJ we usually frequent. Pic is of the lettuce wraps.
Great service and fabulous food!
Beautiful place, it feels very modern plus tables for 2 are quite nice size. I giving them a 3 because the food wasn’t what I was expecting; which this come along with the price. Drinks were amazing, I do really recommend to come to the bar and try their drinks.
