A very popular chain restaurant and for good reason. There is an extensive menu and the entrees, like my Eggplant Parmesan, are expertly prepared.Since there are no reservations, try to be there by 5:30 -5:45 at the latest, or expect a wait in the lobby.Our server, Jasmine, was incredible. Super personality and great service.
This was my first time ever at an Olive Garden. The salad and breadsticks were amazing!! For my dinner I got the shrimp scampi. That was also very good. I never had shrimp before so I didn’t know how it would taste. The spices and seasonings were to the T and the shrimp was wonderful. The staff was also very friendly and any of them who saw we were leaving said “thanks for coming and have a good night”. Thanks for your service and if anyone brings up something about going to Olive Garden I would suggest this location. Thanks ?
Food was good but our server made everything exceptional. She was friendly, didn't make us feel rushed, had great drink recommendations and she was the type who checks in on you often enough that you aren't waiting forever for a check or refills but not so much that you feel interrupted either. Will definitely be back.
Very sad, when we stopped here for the first time at an Olive Garden. WAY over hyped. I couldn't eat my Chicken Parm, as it appeared to be Chicken loaf or something, but surely NOT a chicken breast.
The food was wonderful. The portions are large. The atmosphere was relaxing, and our server was friendly and efficient (she made our dinner more pleasant). We enjoyed our visit here very much, after a long afternoon of shopping in Lancaster!
Service was professional, was told it would be a 40 to 50 min wait, but got a seat in less than 30 mins. Waiter was nice, but very busy, so he forgot our appetizer and gave us it to us for free. Only concern would be that the police showed up and an alarm was going off shortly after they arrived. We happen to finish our meal and left right after that so I really dont know why or what happened. Other than that it was nice.
The food was amazing. I had the chicken Alfredo and the chicken was seasoned very well, the noodles were just right, and our waitress was sweet and attentive. I'd recommend this place again and again.
It’s always great to go to a familiar place. We’ve been to this island garden before. We had a bit of a wait. Everything takes longer, because of Covid. The service was good and so was our food.
It had been a while since I visited Olive Garden.The staff were nice, and helpful. The only real issue is just the food. They put too much oil on everything, but that's normal for Olive Garden I suppose.We also had a wait to be seated, and they called three names at the same time, but it sounded like they were calling a singular name with first middle and last name.We sat and continued to wait, nobody checked to make sure that we heard.It wasn't until I checked the tracker on the web page that I realized they had meant to call us up.Just a misunderstanding, but it could happen again, and I hope they correct this.
