2 stars given mainly for the waitstaff, which were great. Came for dinner on a Saturday night. Obviously expected it to be busy, so expectations were adjusted.We had a larger party, so we called ahead and were told there was no wait and added our name to the list. Upon arriving, were told a few minutes. There were approximately 3 parties of similar size that came in after, "checked in", and were seated prior to ours. For transparency purposes, there was also a large party (15-20+) that were waiting to be seated. We waited for +/- 30 minutes before discussing with the hostess as well as FOH manager, who both said our table was being cleaned and prepared.From that point, it took +/- 25 minutes for this to occur, which was frustrating given their answers implying speed and quickness. I also observed through dinner that multiple managers were standing around and chatting/laughing while dirty tables sat waiting for the bus staff. Given our wait experience, I realized there was a leadership issue more than staff issue.Our waitresses were great and saved the evening - appreciate their accountability on the wait and kitchen being behind. My only suggestion would be to not tell us the kitchen has lost control and can't get ahead, but they both seemed relatively new so one can certainly count that towards inexperience.
ALANA was our waitress and she is the best we ever had there!!! Other than dirty silverware, the food was hot and great!!! We had DIRTY SILVERWARE before and quit coming for a long while, now today same issue!! Manager told us the last time they would take care and fix the problem. That time they brought us silverware three times because every one they brought us had dried food on it!! Now today AGAIN!! GUESS THE MANAGER DID NOT ADDRESS AND FIX THE DIRTY SILVERWARE ISSUES!!! Well, we hope when we get brave enough to come again, hope you get that problem solved. We love your food, just not happy getting dirty silverware when we come!!!
What a disaster! Olive Garden's food is pretty consistent and the ambience is good but on this trip and at this location, the service was atrocious! It all started with the greeting from the hostess at the front door. She was so busy talking with one of the waitresses that it took three tries before she finally greeted me. After I was seated and waited for quite a while, the waitress took my order. After longer than usual, my food came. When I unwrapped the silverware, my knife was dirty. Later, when I tried to use my spoon that was between the soup bowl and the plate beneath it, it was dirty too!I may try this location again but my first impression wasn't very good....
Went here a few days ago with my family and we got to say that we were really disappointed with the quality of the food. The food felt like it came out of a microwave and the pasta and pasta sauce was really bland i think that Banquet frozen food has more flavor. Seating took about 40 minutes just to be serve reheated food. The waitress was okay, she mess two of my orders but fix them right away can't complain about the serves.
Went in for lunch (Sunday around 1230) with a friend and we were seated right away!Got served right away too.Food was great and warm and our drinks were always filled.This is our favorite restaurant and it made our mommy day out perfect!
Ordered some soup for take out for my mom. It was an easy process to do take out. I just called since it was soup, but you can order online. Pick up is right inside the door or they do curbside
To be honest, I haven't been here in a long time. I remember why. The service was poor and slow, the food appeared as if it had sat for some time before coming out, and the cost of the meal coupled with the low quality of the food made it a trip to forget. I remember good food and good times when I was a kid, but the sparkle has gone and I'm worried it won't come back.
Authentic Italian cuisine. Great customer service. Servers are always so friendly!
Excellent experience with the online wait list. Only waited 10 min for 2 people on a really busy Friday night. Mike was our waiter and he did a great job. Made a slight mixup with our check but figured it out and got it straightened out in no time.
Food and service are excellent at this location. Prices are reasonable but just wish they would have smaller choices for desserts. I would also like to see less sugar content in their menu.
