I’ve been a loyal customer of Noodle King in the past five years. I live 40 mins away, but going to noodle king is my favorite thing every time I go to Lancaster. I order the same thing, and I eat everything every time including all the soup. I usually take one or two home after I eat. I love everything about this restaurant, the food and the people. I’m a little sad that my favorite noodle king won’t be open anymore here. I want to express my gratitude to the owners and employees of this restaurant. I love their pho... Especially in a rainy day, it just hits your soul! Their hot pepper sauce is the best too.
The house made hot sauce and satay are 10/10 delicious, and the beef is great quality. But the broth is over seasoned, the beef portions are small, and the spring roll sauce is too salty. Service is quick, but overall I would go somewhere else for pho unless this was the only one available.
Overall experience was okay. There are better pho restaurants that provide more meat and a better tasting broth. (The broth was salty). Sauce for the shrimp rolls was strange, not the peanut sauce I'm used to.
Had the chicken vermicelli three days during the week. Very good.
Who is the head chef over there? I was disappointed with my order yesterday. I don’t think that was the same chef I had before.

First time back in awhile and it seems like they have gone down hill prior to past experiences. All of the vegetables and add ons to pho came in the soup and were not offered on the side like they were in the past. In addition, they did not seem quite as fresh. They did not offer siracha and got our spring roll order completely incorrect. Lastly, we ate inside and the service was poor as they did not check on us and offer refills on water. The food was still fairly good but it is not the same anymore.
I absolutely love this place, I won’t get pho from anywhere else! The broth is always super yummy and flavorful. I have never had a bad experience at Noodle King. I wish they were open later, but I just make sure to order before 7pm and I’m good! I would definitely recommend Noodle King if you’re in the mood for pho, you won’t regret it!!!
