Visited here for the first time with some coworkers for breakfast. The atmosphere is quaint, quiet and clean. They had the fire place lit and it made it so cozy. I had a caramel macchiato and the house baked oatmeal and they were both delicious. The employees were friendly and service was fairly quick considering the amount of people that came in.
We hired the coffee truck to come to our wedding during our reception and everyone LOVED IT! The staff working the truck were so nice and the coffee was just above and beyond! My husband and I couldn’t be happier!
I had to suspend judgment about this wonder of a cafe. My initial assessment was a bit cringe. On further inspection, I see that the patrons are the culprit if it seems to push you out. Simply put, some of the patrons are a bit self-righteous and antagonistic on the face. Still not a reason to pass up this destination. The employees are always sweet and have an accommodating reflectivity. I look forward to a bit more inclusiveness, as I will not give up on the finest coffee destination in Lancaster. JMHO.
Cozy well appointed atmosphere with good coffee and friendly service each time. Have not been disappointed by the food either!
A really cute, aesthetic pleasing coffee shop with great quality food in the heart of Lancaster city. This is their second location, while the other is in New Holland, PA. It’s the perfect place to go to have lunch after exploring the city, or to relax & get some work done.I highly recommend their iced caramel latte & the mozzarella + tomato sandwich with fries - it is to DIE for.
I know there are many good reviews but My son and I couldn't even get eye contact. we waited for a very long time up at the register to get someone's attention and we were ignored. It was the drive through that they were putting all of their attention and couldn't even look, wave a hand or say "hello we will be with you". I left and went to McDonalds where the service was was on point and friendly.
Took a very long time to get food and drinks and it was not busy! They were too worried about the drive thru and not the customers waiting.
New Holland has the best coffee in Lancaster city! The workers are always friendly, and the food is also really delicious.
Lost food ticket after 30 min had to go to counter and ask about food. They then gave us wrong food for some after retaking order . I mean , how hard is it to make avocado toast with an egg? Had to ask 3 times to get correct food and drinks. Absolutely terrible service! Will not recommend or go back again
What a phenomenal place, truly. Their interior decorating is out of this world. I mean it. They even have an electric fire place that makes the place feel cozy. As for the food, it's delicious. The BLT with goat cheese has no room for improvement in my opinion. I don't know how it could. The taste is a steal for the price. As for coffee, I didn't drink any because of the time of day.
