We first went to Moe's inside Hershey Park.We were not impressed, but decided to try the local location before passing judgement.We are not impressed.To start our experience one of the employees on the front line while preparing our food felt she had to check her phone which was located in her pants pocket.No she didn't see the need to remove her "sanitary" gloves or to replace them after returning her phone to her pocket and continuing to prepare our food.Next we found the first soda machine none functional, a problem we experienced at HP as well.The Tea dispenser had the appearance of having not been cleaned in several days.Finally the search for the cleanest dirty table...And did you know that Guacamole is made with halves of avocado? No, I mean after it mixed... ???So we finished our sub par, not at temperature food realizing we were alone in the front of the store... No customers, no employees. Still no one comes out to clean a table.As we are leaving I realize the opening in their trash can is too small to fit the container they serve you in and yet it was so full I had to compact the trash to get anything in the can...This place was not worth a 6 dollar lunch and we just had a 40 dollar dinner.No, we will not be back.
Ordered through Grubhub. It’s comical how bad this order was. Ordered homewrecker burrito and bowl with chips and salsa on both sides. Asked for no sour cream in the burrito and for chipotle dressing for the bowl. Apparently they read that as no guacamole AND no sour cream because there was no guacamole. Glad I paid for that. Also did not receive either of the salsas for the chips, NOR the dressing for the bowl. AND the first chip I pulled out of the bag was LITERALLY cold and soggy. Reached in bag for more/different chips - pulled up a cold clump of dripping wet chips. Glad I spent $35 on this. Never ordering here again. (First time ordering from here and def the last).
The food all looked and tasted like leftovers that had been reheated. Then the food was lukewarm. Itwas not fresh. There were only two tables with people. Every table was dirty. We had to wipe our own table to sit down. There was only one for left and we were told they were out and only spoons were left. I counted five employees.We will not go back.
Been here the past 2 days and 2 of the people have been absolutely awesome and make it a great ordering experience(can’t think of their name)

This restuarant is my favorite of the fast casual Mexican format. Food is good quality and the price is great. Doesn't have the organic and sustainable theme, but you are not paying for it either.
My first time at this location. Got a burrito and it was very good! Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the tall guy behind the counter. I think he was a manager. He was very nice.
Got my usual build your own bowl. after I paid and they handed me my bag I proceeded to my car, only to find that they had stuck in a bag of chip crumbs and about 10 chips?. I did go back inside to get my chips but the manager didn't even say sorry!
VERY slow service inside, while they're doing online orders, we waited 45 minutes before they ever took our order ?
Best burrito around.
