Billy made sure that I got the best of everything they had, even though they were out of the salmon. The brisket WAS good enough to write home about. The fun six pack of bbq sauces was a nice touch, but if you crave the truly spicy, ask for a side of baja sauce from the front.

We LOVE Mission BBQ!!! We were thrilled when we found out there was going to be one in Lancaster County, PA!!! My husband loves their Turkey and their coleslaw. He had their Carrot Cake which was yummy and decadent!!! I usually eat their Pulled Pork BBQ Sanwich, which is always moist and delicious. They have a bunch of different sauces that just adds to the flavor. Upon a friend's recommendation, I had the Salmon tonight. I was not disappointed!!! It was moist, tender, flaky and lightly seasoned to perfection!!! You can't go wrong with their Green Beans. Their Mac n' Cheese is excellent. You will be impressed with all the photos of military and law enforcement personnel and first responders!! Being in Mission BBQ makes me proud to be an American!!
Great atmosphere and the food I ordered was ready very quickly even though the restaurant was packed on a Friday night. I ordered the moist brisket sandwich with a side of fries and green beans. The fries were delicious, hand-cut, and crispy and the green beans were great as well. I was slightly disappointed by the brisket, I found it to be a bit dry but the plethora of BBQ sauces helped. It's a bit on the pricey side but that's expected for good BBQ. Overall a great place to stop in and get a meal with friends.
Always a nice lively atmosphere and friendly employees.! ??? It's nice to eat somewhere that understands and appreciates your military service.! I try to eat at Mission BBQ at least a couple times a month and I always tell my friends about it. The Smoked Salmon and lean Brisket are my favorites! ? Don't forget the cheese n potatoes, macaroni and cheese, carrot cake and now they have collards greens..?????
You know a place is good when the flow of customers is always steady. Don’t be deterred by a long line, it moves quickly. This place was hoppin’ and my family still got a seat. The staff at this location is super friendly and helpful.The meat!!!! Oh the meat…Perfect, so tender and juicy, very flavorful on its own but your table has 6 signature sauces that you can add if you’d like.And the fries…perfectly done. Not dry or bland, but with just a bit of crisp.Cole slaw was fresh! I’ll be back.

Pretty decent barbecue and a choice of 6 different kinds of sauces. I'd skip the brisket - both times I've gotten it it's been dry but the pulled pork is good and the barbecue chicken is good. Good cornbread and sides. Can get a little pricey.
Loads better than I thought it would be for a chain (and I'm from Tennessee!) None of the sauces knock me off my feet, but the pulled pork and brisket are incredibly tender. The brisket is more flavorful than the pork, but there's plenty of meat either way. The cornbread isn't anything to get excited about. As a southerner, I'd love to put slaw on my BBQ pork sandwich, but if you get slaw plus another side, it's a full $2 extra, and I think that's a bit much. Overall, a great place.
A military & veteran-centric operation which serves delicious food with military efficiency. Since this was our first visit, we needed time to figure out what we wanted. The gentleman at the counter was very patient with us. He even offered me a sample of their sausage, which was peppery and quite yummy. My partner ordered the pulled pork which she said was delicious. The only down side for us was the country music playing.
