Anything you order will be perfect...EVERYTIME. Seeing is believing and tasting is proof. This is one of those places if you are ever in Lancaster you must visit. I discovered this place about a year ago and it has become my go to.
Epic Fail!!! We were there last with another couple for dinner. we had what we thought were simple meals, Salads with Zingers. We waited for an HOUR for these, when we finally got them the Zingers on the salads we're cold. Manager on duty seemed annoyed by our complaint.
Love their blackened Cobb salad and my girls had a great time. It was what you hear from some of the staff while they are near the kitchen that can ruin the experience. I get we all have bad days at work but the customers shouldn’t hear it. Sarah did a great job waiting on us, so thank you!
If it wasn’t for my salad and the service, I would have given a lower review due to the low quality of the fajita meal. The bartenders were very nice and attentive, making conversation with a lot of guests. My Cobb salad with blackened chicken and shrimp was really good and portion size was perfect. The issue was with quality of steak and lack of food with the fajitas. The steak was cooked perfectly, but the vast majority of it was gristle and very unseasoned. It also tasted like it was marinated in bbq. If you look at the picture that was taken, that is a real look at the number of peppers and onions on the skillet. Never seen portions on a fajita plate so small in my life. Do yourself a favor and do not order this mealor a steak here. Waste of money.
The last 3 times we've been here it has been disappointment. The food has totally sucked.. the bartenders can't mix a drink to save their A$$.. do not waste your time or money here. I was so excited to see this place come in and truly wanted it to be at least good... epic fail There won't be a 4th time
Very upsetting, Went to Miller's today at 9:58pm no hostess at the door receive and direct people; Waited 10 minutes to see if anyone would come get me a table mind you they weren't busy at all, I eventually had to go sit my self and company . After that wait we waited to see if someone will come take our order which took a while so one of the accompanying guest got up to get a hold of a waiter to take out orders since the closing time was at 11pm we wanted to be attended before it got any closer to closing; After we ordered our food to only get our orders cancel because at 10:23pm they had closed the kitchen Mind you this could have been told to us upon time of arrival not dismiss us with no apologies nor any type of accommodations, notifying your customers that the restaurant was closed and no more orders were being taken would have avoided the disappointment . I understand you are working short handed but maybe you just shouldn't open up if you can't be open to your closing time, on or make the food for people in a properly timely matter to meet your closing time.
Slow service, poor management and terrible communication between FOH and Kitchen. A “5-to-10” minute will very quickly turn into a 20+ minute wait with no updates because the kitchen is “backed up” when there’s hardly anyone there and quite honestly, the food isn’t worth it. Overpriced, overrated. You’d be better served finding somewhere else to eat. The decline of Miller’s from a year or so ago to now is disappointing. Would not recommend.
Great food, very busy today - took longer than normal for our food but it was very busy so since we never experienced before a long wait for food we assume it’s just due to it being so busy.
Okay for a brief hang out spot but not really to stay and enjoy your time. Service asked me the same question, like they think I was confused about my order choice...? Instead of simply asking if that was all or them repeating it to me at the end to make sure it is right. Another service individual took my drink options menu at the bar without asking if I still needed it and ran off. It was a busy night and I try to be understanding but better servicing would be good, just listing 2 out of a few details I noticed....
Stopped there for dinner with my girlfriend and her daughter. We got cob salads that were delicious, her daughters burger was a burnt offering, horrible. We were offered no discount or anything from waitress on bill I paid full price for this disgrace of a burger.
