Horrible I stood at the register for a while and employees just looking at me walking past me until I finally decided to place my order on this kiosk machine behind me after I had gotten me a crispy chicken sandwich and my son some nuggets with honey mustard ? none of which I got my chicken was far from crispy and also far from hot and my sons nuggets never had honey mustard to get dipped in and don't even get me started on the fries if that's what you want to call them... horrible place horrible experience never again ? ?
I am usually skeptical about ordering McDonald’s late night, but this is my second time here around 11pm and the food/service was phenomenal. We ordered a quarter pounder meal and a double cheese burger and both burgers were hot and made to order. The fries were hot too which means they weren’t sitting in the warmer forever. Very impressed with this store!
Breakfast burrito was $2.59. It was approximately 1” x 3”, so fold and roll the wrap and what is left for anything inside? Hardly nothing. It was opened to put the sauce inside, hardly any egg at all, about 10 little crumbles of sausage and just enough cheese to melt and hold it together. And just 2 months ago they were 2 for $3, and had twice the filling inside. Wish I had taken a picture of the pitiful little thing…
I frequent this establishment on a weekly basis...I always receive fast and friendly service. Food is of good fast food quality.No one's perfect, but they do always happily fix any mistakes made...Highly recommend, for an enjoyable fast food experience!!!
I went in to purchase breakfast and 5 people including the manager walked right by me and didn't offer a hello or to get my order.Finally after about 5 minutes the inconsiderate manager said use the kiosks to order, or he would finally take my order reluctantly.I waived my arm at him not to bother with a paying customer that pays his salary. And I decided to eat somewhere where they care about service. As I was walking out his comment was go ahead and leave.What a disgusting way to treat a customer. This was the McDonald's on Oregon Pike in Lancaster.I've been there before and it was pretty bad but not this bad.Will never go there again.
1 start because I can’t give a zero.. Got my order wrong once again I ordered a muffin they gave me a pie they asked if I wanted sauce for the meal I ordered then gave me no sauce. This place is trash.
A big shout out to the team at McDonald's for their quick service and tasty food this morning for our team which totaled 24. We walked in the door ordered eight and walked out the door 20 minutes later. Amazing.
I went to this location after spending most of the evening in the ER with my toddler. I hadn't eaten since 2pm earlier in the day. ordered the food staff was friendly, was told they were making fresh food to pull up to a spot and come back around in 5 minutes. ok, no biggie I'll have hot edible food. WRONG! most my food was inedible. my double quarter pounder was way overcooked. my 20 piece nuggets were mixed with old old and a few hours old nuggets. the fries tasted like they were sitting in the heat for a long while, tasted like a piece of cardboard. NOTHING was fresh as I was told it would be. I managed to pick out 6 edible nuggets and a few fries didn't even eat my double quarter pounder that food was not worth the cost. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
we went to this McDonald’s, and they told us that they didn’t have any more fruit punch, I said it is all right and that I’ll take the Hi -C orange they were offering me. We got our order, we had gotten a bumble box and because they didn’t put it in a box the bag ripped open. There was mayonnaise all over the boxes. We realized afterwards that we did not get the drink that my fiancé ordered. We went back and got it. He went inside and got his drink. Also to find out that they were not out of fruit punch and the lids were so jam packed that they almost exploded everywhere. Not only all of the but the employee at the window hanging us our food was incredibly rude.
