General manger has a bad attitude. After she tried over charging me for a meal I left. I’ve asked for a egg & cheese McGriddle. She rang it up as a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle, remove the bacon. Everyone knows McDonald’s charges extra for meat. I used to work at McDonald’s as a crew member and know if there isn’t a egg & cheese McGriddle you ring it up as a egg & cheese biscuit sub McGriddle. I was calling the store to complain about her not knowing she was the “general manager” . she answered the phone and kept talking over top of me. How is she the “ general manager” and don’t know how to properly ring stuff stuff and have a bad attitude ? Customer service is supposed to be about the customer. I feel bad for her employees if she talks to the customers any kind of way. She makes this location look bad and uneducated. I wonder how many other people she and her workers over charged for a meal.
I ordered 3 hotcakes and sausage. I ask them for 6 syrups. There gave me 3.I ordered orange juice.There didnt gv it to me.no straw.Customer service is terrible. I will never go to this McDonald's again.
Couldn't get a simple order of two 2 for $5 bundles. Got to the window and was told what they thought was my order and it was another's, then my travel buddy in the next car ended up waiting 15 minutes for her order. Really subpar location, not sure what the issue was but they had orders all kinds of messed up.
Apple pies ice cold, fries dried out..cold horrible, buns stale.I am huge Mc D's fan really disappointed...at this location.Update. Manger came a corrected some of the issues.
Wish I could post pictures. At 1:25 today, we door dashed a happy meal 4 PC, hot mustard sauce, extra kid fry and a bottled water. We received a 10 PC nugget that only had 9 pcs in it, a shamrock shake and a box that had 6 PC nugget written on it but only had melted cheese and 3 pickles laying in it. Not the first time this McDonalds had screwed up an order, DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH OR GRUB HUB FROM THEM.
I was very satisified with this McDonald's location. The staff was friendly and the food was prepared very well, especially my Big Mac. But most impressive were the french fries. McDonald's fries are usually good, but these were hot, crisp and golden, far better than usual.
I don’t do this often but I felt like I had to share my experience as this is not the McDonald’s standards. Despite the service being completely unacceptable the cleanliness of the place was not up to part. The restroom in specifically.I placed my order in and immediately realized I forgot an item so right away I placed the order. I ended up getting the food after 10 minutes but had to wait another 20 for a holiday pie which at that time my food was already cold. At that, the only reason why I got it was after approaching the person behind the register because apparently they didn’t see the order in the huge monitor or the huge line of people waiting to put in their order. But hey there is always time to joke around with the rest of the associates. The worst is that they didn’t even make an attempt to make it right.
Food was delivered quickly but had an issue paying and because they were busy they didn't take the time to take care of us.
Same as always. Fast, on point, and the hot girl in the drivethruogh, OMG!! HER MILKSHAKE BRINGS ME BACK EVERYTIME!!!
Employee Total ignored me and I stormed out them when I called the manager later she was kind of like " oh well "
