Service excellent, go back again
As usual oh, another good McDonald's lunch! Drive up window working efficiently, people working efficiently, food hot and tasty! What more could you ask for
Poor quality mcdonalds and their new pricing structure is nothing short of insane. It cost more to go here and leave hungry than to go to a local pub and get something good.
Every time I've gone here I've had issues with my orders. Issues like a excessively dry or overcooked burger, cold unmelted cheeses, soggy fries, etc. The employees are nice and the wait isn't bad. I just do not like going back in to complain every time I order. It's an easy fix to not have this mistake happen.
I paid for my order & then realized I paid for somebody else's. Instead of refunding my money & paying for the order I got they told me it was cheaper than what I received & kept my receipt. My food wasn't very hot either. I will never go there again since this is the second time I've had problems there.
Food was good...hot food was hot. But service was not up to par. You got a number when you ordered, bit then they did not call out the numbers when the order was ready and had the bags turned with the numbers facing them, not the customer. So you had to guess if it was yours.
William is a very nice manager. He goes the extra mile every time to make sure your food is good, tasty & hot. He is a valuable, happy, always smiling, decent human being and Willow Street McDonalds is lucky to have him.
I love Whole Foods. I went in looking for rice tortillas but they had none. :(
Just had the strangest experience. I ordered two cheeseburgers and one of the sandwiches has no burger! The other was great and as I was hungry I at the burgerless sandwich too. Sadly, I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't do let McDonalds know about this. I guess be sure you have a burger in your sandwich before you leave the drive through.
Worst service I've experienced at McDonalds. They had us pull up to a yellow line and there we sat. I finally backed up to the drive thru window to find that they forgot that we even ordered. Good thing i asked for a receipt when paid. Food tasted funny as well. I will not be back. Be careful and avoid the Mcdonalds on Hempstead and Greenfield Rd
