Sadly it's the only one in Lancaster County. This one has some of Long John Silver's favorites, but the menu is limited.
How are you going to have your store under construction and not have any way of telling customers. I came over 30 mins to get some seafood and Sat at the drive thru for over 5 mins honking and calling out hello. No answer! I even asked on of the guys working outside if the store was open. I went to go inside and order and saw a construction site. So unacceptable! Also tried to call number form online and it was busy.
This was my first and last time ever experiencing long John silvers and I was excited for it. Food wasn't proper cooked and frying oil tasted rotten . Ruined the entire experience!
Was very excited to come across LJS in Lancaster today! The food was piping hot and made to order. By far was the best LJS meal I have had in years. The fish, chicken and shrimp were cooked to perfection. The hush puppies were crunchy on the outside and so fluffy on the inside and so willingly soaked up the malt vinegar. Today was a throwback for me. Next time I’m back this way I will stop again. As of today the dining room was still closed due to COVID, but don’t let that deter you as the tables outside helped us to dine comfortably. I highly recommend!
Pretty good. Larger shrimp and the fish wasn't very bready.

Stopped on the way back from the beach went in were told we couldn't order inside & had to order online. This store doesn't even take online orders. Bathrooms were HORRIBLY GROSS. Waiting in a 20 min line.
Order taker was rude, used words I can't repeat. There is no excuse for this behaviour. Person needs a permanent vacation. Had to go through the circus gauntlet again because the tenders were missing, and no dipping sauce, this after specifically going down the list of choices available. The Nashville Chicken was over cooked, hard & dry, Sad days indeed. If you see this place, your better off driving by.
Ok...first of all we were told they don't accept coupons at the one in Rockvale Square, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The hushpuppiea were hard and tasted like gravel. The fish was hard..So hard that even our dog had trouble chewing it. The fries were cold. That was my boyfriend's meal. I had 6 buffalo wings...they were good...but I also had a classic chicken sandwich and it was nasty...dry...with just a touch of mayo...three dill pickle slices on it...no lettuce. We were very disappointed. We will not be going there again.
Can't eat inside. Decided to go to the drive thru.. 4 cars 20 minutes.My by chicken was hot but my wife's fish was cold.Coleslaw and Mac and cheese for the sides......can't tell you how they were - no utensils to eat them!!
