First time here, we ordered a #13 Jimmy Cubano, not what I was expecting, nothing Cuban about it and I will not order it again. The #12 Beach Club was pretty good, if I ever visit again, I would order a #12 again. Over all the service was decent and it’s a good sandwich spot.
Two thumbs up to the crew at Jimmy John's in Lancaster. We chose this site as it was close to Lancaster Bible college and the match that we had this past Saturday as a mid day snack for the team. The ordering process was painless and they had everything waiting for us with no issues. My only suggestion is that you get some trays to be able to carry fountain drinks. Good value and good tasting sandwiches. A very clean standalone location. Thanks again.
Love the food. I wish they had a better app to use to earn and redeem points for free stuff instead of entering in my phone number everytime. I've been one a way from a new reward like 5 visits. So someone else is redeeming rewards maybe? I don't know.
We’ve gone here many times and it’s always friendly service (and fast!). Great place for families.
So slow it’s infuriating. Just had an order take over an hour and a half to be delivered.
This location can never get an order correct. Every order I’ve placed was missing something from my request. Ask for hot peppers, none. No onions, well there’s onion. Add mayo packets? You guessed it, nothing in the bag. Extra lettuce? If that’s extra, I assume they don’t put any at all on a regular sandwich. So today I ordered lunch combos for a coworker and myself through the app. One sandwich with chips and one with a pickle. Upon arriving, I asked to change the chips to a pickle. Which the gentleman at the counter gladly changed. As he opened the bag he noticed that the original pickle was missing but the chips were there. He got the 2 pickles and handed me my bag. After driving 10-15 mins back to work I open the bag to get the sandwiches and there is only one in the bag. How do you notice a pickle was missing but can’t see an entire sandwich was not there? I wasn’t driving all the way so they offered to give me a free sandwich, even though this was supposed to be a combo. Wish the Manheim Pike location was still open. Never had any problems with that store.
This is the first and the only Jimmy John's I go to, if that helps you at all. It's not just the #13 Jimmy Cubano that keeps me coming back, but it's the sweet personalities and the kind and friendly customer service from the likes of Bethann and Lindsey. They're one of the main reasons I come here, as well as the rapid service and amazing sandwiches!

Very fast service. We felt a little ill afterwards, not sure the food is being turned over fast enough.
