I had the lucky #13 the Original Italian Sub and it was the best Sub that I had in a long time. The person that took my order and made it was Great. I'm going back again tonight. Would highly recommend Jersey Mike's to everyone.

Was not very clean.People greeting customers were not friendly at all!! They asked me if I was using a rewards card,I said "no,I've never been here before." Workers were very robotic like.... we would never return there-??
Just had Jersey Mike's Subs for the first time. When ordering it I thought it was a bit pricey; however, when I got the sub I changed my mind. The most delicious Philly steak I have ever eaten. Fast service.
Rude employees. Gave it a third chance after speaking with the manager a few months ago. Went in to pick up an online order, where I was ignored by staff (they asked several people who came in after me who they were picking up for, and completely ignored me). I finally said something after waiting 10 minutes past my pickup time and mentioned how they didn't bother to see who I was picking up for. The girl said "oh that's going to be a while longer.."I originally gave this place 5 stars after they opened, but the service has steadily and consistently declined at this location.
Called order in p/u at the Rte 30 store. from 283. It went to the fruitfulness pike store. When I got there it was straightened out. Very nice at both stores. Rte 30 store busy but fast, less then 10 min. with 4 people in front of me. Will return...Happy!
I've been meaning to write this note for a while, but life has gotten in the way. Its been on my heart to share that the manager Jackie was the absolute BEST in helping me fulfil a dinner order. She advised me to order online because they were short staffed and attending to guests. She personally DELIVERED the order to us!!! unbelievably kind and made sure our team got the right order. And yes the food was good and well appreciated. THANKS JACKIE--I didn't forget.
Consistently great customer service and exceptional quality food. We have ordered in person and via the app and are order is always correct. Jersey Mike's is the only sub shop we order from now.
Giving a neutral 3 stars. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak online. I was a little early, so I sat down to wait. My order winded up being wrong because it was supposed to be in a tub, not on bread. I didn't notice until I was back at work. I was the only person in the restaurant, so I found the mess up a little strange. Chicken was a little dry, but veggies and cheese were good (I couldn't eat the bread).. Staff was nice, but a little chatty with each other which I'm guessing is why my chicken was dry. Restaurant was impressively clean.
