The food is good and consistent, the renovated dining room is much improve. the new outside seating with trellis and fans is a good place to sit outside and grab lunch. The service is good, but you should expect to wait for food at lunch time.

Craft kitchen? What a joke. I could have stopped at the McDonalds right up the road and had a filet o fish and wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. The fish and chips meal was literally two frozen fish squares. I upgraded to the fries and they were forgotten. Then the waitress forgot to go get them. Almost done with my meal and my fries arrived. We received our bill and the waitress left. So we went up front to pay at the two registers. The Girl came out and told us that it was only for pickup orders and that I had to go back to my table to pay. Wow. The only part that was exceptional was the amount of fruit flies we killed.

Ordered 2 combos didnt get soup. The sandwiches were bite size for the 15.00 not worth it at all.Griwn adult ate pretzel sandwich in 3 bites.

Went to Lancaster to visit family and when our granddaughter suggested Isaac's, we were all in! I miss the Isaac's we used to eat at in Hummelstown. This Isaac's was closed for renovations, which included a brewery to open some time in April. I miss the decor of the original Isaac's with all the bright colors and flamingos and pretty birds. Also the fish tank is now gone. I guess this decor is the sign of the times, but it appeared so sterile. Our sandwiches were still pretty much the same with a few exceptions that have changed. I ordered my favorite Dr Browns creme soda, which they hadn't received in yet and some of their dessert menu was also not available. There appears to be outdoor seating once weather gets warmer.Service was slow this visit. But all in all, there is an Isaac's close by when we get to Lancaster.

Sandwich and soup combo was perfect to try both. Whooping crane was delicious. Almond pesto pasta salad was awesome also, but I was to full and only tasted it. My husband enjoyed the chocolate peanut butter mini

Very disturbing experience. The entire crew, EVERYONE at the restaurant seemed new to their jobs and were very uncertain of what to do and how to serve customers. A simple lunch took over 2 hours. If we had been in a hurry, we would have left. We'll think two or three times before going back...

We had a reservation at the formal restaurant almost next door, but since we needed to dine elsewhere (the other restaurant staff completely ignored us at our table for 15 min!) and found this gem just a few steps away. What a difference in service! We were seated immediately and our order was taken a short time later. We were so glad we BOTH ordered a bowl of pepper Jack tomato soup! It was a bisque full of chunky tomatoes, and a nice pile of garlic croutons on top. Fabulous! We also sampled the mallard, roast beef and bacon and cheddar cheese with spinach and horseradish sauce on a warm pretzel roll. It was wonderful. We also had the shrike, with a wonderful chicken salad with whole cranberries, slivered almonds, and spinach on a warm Kaiser roll. Delish!! I switched out my house made potato chips for a basil pesto tortellini —-so yummy!!! Our server was wonderful—-what a great outing!!

Tasty and great ingredients. You can always tell if the quality of meats and cheeses are top quality by the taste!!!

I kept trying to call and order pick up but a Hannah told me to call back, hung up and then continued to hang up every time I called…either shes not using the phone well, or the customer service is bad..

I love this sandwich shop so much that my wife and I drove 1 1/2 hours to go here only because their sexton location closed down. If you like tomato soup you need to try tiers it is outstanding and the sandwiches are amazing
