Took my 14 yr old nephew here, just him and I, and we both were very impressed!, This was his 1st time at a Hibachi grill and he was entertained the entire time. He really enjoyed his meal and said the every time we go on an auntie/nephew date this is the spot!! So thank you for the good time......maybe next time he will catch the food in his mouth when the chef does his tricks......great experience. Thank you.

Love this place! Everyone is friendly and a fun experience. A bit pricey but worth it.

This place is BYOB, but they charge you for a glass for your beer and wine. Next time I will bring my own glass. Waitresses are slow here. Last time I ordered sushi appetizers, and they were brought out while I was eating my hibachi meal. My dad and I split the hibachi dinner for two (filet mignon which included green tea) and the waitress never brought our green tea. Keep an eye on your bill because they try to up charge you for everything.

We have spent many times eating here and enjoyed every time except for our visit this past Saturday…I called to make sure they could handle our small party of three for late dining for a birthday and was told the last seating is 9:30 we arrived at 8:50 pm and it all went down hill from there- when we were sat within 2 minutes our waitress was already asking if we were ready to order we didn’t even open our Menus yet… the service was the worst we’ve ever experienced here. The cook did a pretty good job but we noticed the quality of food is not like it was. The steak was grisly and fat, the apetizers changed now they don’t offer they also only offer one type of Swiss just the yummy..Inalso was told they offer a birthday piece of cheese cake..that never happened-We reminded our waitress and she still neglected us…she continued to rush us through our meal seems like they wanted to close earlyI use to have a good relationship with the General Manager here but it’s obvious he’s moved on..we’ll good luck on your next visit we won’t be going back anytime soon!!

Had a group of 6 of us go out for dinner here recently, and overall, it was a an okay or even maybe a good experience. Starting with the food, within our party, we ordered pretty much everything on their Hibachi menu (chicken, steak, shrimp, filet scallops, & lobster). Every meal also comes with veggies & fried rice (or noodles). We also ordered some sushi combinations as appetizers (tried their veggie sushi combo, as well as a regular sushi combo). First & foremost, everything we had was very good, well prepared, and flavorful. Really enjoyed the food. My only complaint is that the sushi appetizers did not get served until after we all had been served our hibachi dinners, so we suddenly had everything we ordered all at one time. It would have been nice to receive the sushi appetizer plates ahead of the meals, but that's not how they roll at this place. The chef who prepared our meal was fun and entertaining. He did a good job with the food, and was able to joke around with us, as well. Put on the standard show (knife handling, little volcano, etc...). While the food was good, the service was not. They seated us, and took our orders, but that was about all they did. We had seen that they were BYOB, so we had brought some bottles of wine with us, but not everyone in our party had wine. The servers never came back to check on refills, or do anything else for us. Overall, a good to okay experience, so it's hard to recommend this place to others. But we'll keep it in mind for future dinners in Lancaster just because the food was very good.

Worst service ever!! Terrible service from the waiter. Dirty soup and salad plates were never removed from the table. I had to get up to get a napkin and cutlery from another table because there were three of us and there were only two at the table and the other one was never brought. It seems that the sauces were rationed, we were three people eating sushi and sashimi and he brought only one plate of each almost empty, we asked for more and he pouted and only put a little more. The soft drink refill if not asked, they did not give it. The dishes did not arrive at the table at once, one by one about 15 minutes apart. We had to share each dish while the other arrived, if we hadn't been a family this would have been worse. The only good thing is the Sushi Chef, very friendly and the sushi and sashimi were very good. Chef was apologizing for what he saw happened to us, even though it wasn't his fault. In the end, the waiter had the nerve of asking for a $24 tip on the bill, which, of course, we didn't give him. We never go back.

Wonderful atmosphere, the food was absolutely delicious!!!!

Had a party of 6 recently have dinner here on a Saturday night. Very busy place, but they seemed to be handling it well. Starting with the food (most important IMO), we enjoyed their food very much. Within our group, we pretty much had everything on their hibachi menu (lobster, shrimp, scallops, chicken, steak, & filet), as well as ordering some sushi combo's as appetizers (regular combo + veggie combo). Overall, everyone seemed very happy with the food. It all tasted fresh & flavorful, and well prepared. The cook who came to our table did a nice job of preparing the meals (fried rice, fried veggies, fried noodles, as well as meats). He put on the usual hibachi show (knife handling, balancing spinning egg, tossing & catching same egg using spatula, etc...). The food was the strength of this place. The service was okay - they took our order for dinner & brought out beverages, but that was about it. They were not very attentive to refills on beverages, and our sushi appetizers arrived at the table after we had already received all of our hibachi dinners. So we suddenly found ourselves with all of the food we had ordered all at one time. The ambiance is pretty much the standard hibachi Japanese restaurant - nothing special or different. We will keep this place in mind for future times when we are looking for a special dinner in Lancaster. It was also helpful that it was BYOB - so we stopped & picked up wine for the evening.

I normally dont give bad reviews, I just dont give a review if its bad but Unfortunately I had the displeasure of choosing this restaurant, we reluctantly came in because the Hibachi buffet across from this place was closed. The chef here was extremely messy flinging raw food all over the place trying to do his entertaining hibachi flares. big fail there, 2nd his use of the same spatula on raw beef chicken and seafood was horrible, I mean cross contamination at its finest, why did we stay after that display?, we figured lets give it a chance, any cross contamination would burn off, bad judgement on our part, he used way too much oil, butter and over sauced everything its was just a mess.. Food was disgusting, just an over all bad experience.. Could be a one off experience but we will not be returning. The iced tea was watered down, no ice and to top it off was hot, HOT ICED TEA come on!!!

Very disappointed, first time trying, small portions, sushi should have been better for the price. Service was poor appetizers came out after main and was over cooked. There are better in the area.
