Great experience, a little busy, but even though busy employees were friendly and attentive and food came out quickly and was cooked correctly.
This business and its owner have no type of customer services nor manners! The owner had the audacity to tell me “GOD BLESS YOU” once I told him off. Well news flash God don’t like UGLY SIR and you are the true definition of an ugly Individual with an UGLY attitude!

This particular House Of Pizza on Chestnut St. in Lancaster City, Pennsylvania, offers Greek Spanakopita, the best you can buy. This last one I had they hit the ball straight out of the park. The stuffing is about an inch thick throughout the whole pie, with just the right amount of diced onion, feta cheese and spinach, with the glorious crispety, crunchety, buttery, phyllo layers on the top and bottom. You can’t miss with this one, if this a favorite item of yours, you need to try it. Pork BBQ on Kaiser Roll- This is another specialty item available at this House of Pizza in Center City Lancaster, PA. The other ‘House Of Pizza(s)’ in the area do not carry the Spanakopita nor this Pork BBQ. It comes with just the right amount of bbq sauce, and just the right kind, too. It’s nice and juicy, yet you can easily taste the pork, too. No need to special order, either. No need to say ‘hold the coleslaw’. It’s just Pork, sauce and bun. Perfect simplicity. Cheesesteak sandwich - this is the item that other ‘House of Pizza(s)’ in the area offer. I haven’t tried theirs, but I know this one on Chestnut Street makes theirs perfectly with just the right amount of cheese. No need to order extra cheese on this one. I did order extra sauce in a tiny container for my cheesesteak, in case I needed it, and I did use it, but it was certainly juicy and tasty enough without it, I believe, because of just the right amount of cheese already on it. Of course I ordered it with onions. I don’t know how anyone can eat a cheesesteak without onions, but anyway, I found a new favorite home to get a cheesesteak from when satisfying that craving. Honestly, you should try it.
First time at this place. Had Hawaiian and pepperoni pizza. Both were very good. I'll definitely eat there again. Staff was very friendly.
When you think of good pizza in Lancaster city, most people will say that it's a House Of Pizza. Been eating there since a small kid. Pizza is not the only great thing on the menu. They have many other choices that are delicious.
