I gave three stars because the food is good for a fast-food place; however, it is not the Ritz.Today I ordered 1 regular hamburger, 1 little cheeseburger, 1 order of large fries, and 2 drinks. The bill was $35.03. Let me say that again $35.03. I was expecting $20.00, because the fries are made from fresh potatoes. But $35.00!!! for two burgers, two drinks and one fries in a place that has a dining room that looks like a laundromat??My shock was clearly shown in my expression.The sign on the door says it pays $14.00 an hour, but that is really what they should have been paying all along. I paid for over 2 hours of labor right there.That was my last visit to Two Guys.

Never again will I eat at 5 guys! Went there because the place we usually go was closed. I got a cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger and regular fries. When we opened the bag, the amount of fries barley filled the cup and they were soggy, the burgers had a burnt taste to them like they don’t clean the grill, and the bacon was hard as a brick. I could have gotten a better meal for half the price at McDonald’s, and I won’t eat McDonald’s…

Won't let you order anytime past 9. Change your hours then. Why would a company have hours of operation till 10 if they won't let you order until 10?Get new employees.
Was closed 9/23 and when I went to place an in person order today it was closed and it was12:15. What gives Five Guys?

I ordered 4 burgers and only one was made correctly, this is ridiculous and I paid over 60 dollars
Tried ordering online through grub hub on 7/30. Five guys canceled my order stating they were closing early due to short staff. It was only 7pm. Next day my husband went to the location and placed and order and it was made incorrectly. Quality of service is definitely lacking
When you want a fast food burger, come here instead. Suggest you try grilled jalapeno as a topping, so good. and of course the french fries!
