Food was very good. I didn't need three pieces of cheese on the 2 burgers. One slice of cheese would be enough.
Great hamburger joint but be careful for this location.Ordered online and arrived on time. They make my shake while I waited but handed me something I would never call a shake. Milk water. Then told me the machine was running low on mix. What happen to good service and good product and adding more mix. It will be a while before I go back to this location. Lazy employees.

Great burgers with a myriad of toppings available. Fresh cut fries are good and they give you a ton of them. A small order easily serves three to four people. Be aware that the regular burgers actually two patties. If you want just one then order the small burger, which is plenty. Pro tip, all the toppings are free of charge except for cheese and bacon. However, if you get bacon or cheese you can get extra bacon and extra cheese for no extra charge! I have not had their milkshakes but I would like to try one. I understand not all stores have a milkshake machine. They serve hot dogs too, but I've never had one - it's called Five Guys burgers and fries for a reason.

Usually excellent burgers and fries. 12/11 stopped by on my way home, around 930. Apparently onions and pickles look exactly alike. ? Not too much but definitely not the taste platform Im expected. ? Definitely not worth the $16 either.
It has been at least 2 yrs since I have ordered from this five guys and it will another two at least before I order there again. I ordered on the app and arrived 5min later at the suggested pickup time. It then took 35min and two reminders before I received my very cold food that they refused to remake. They left it on top of the fryer and proceeded to serve the 6 customers that walked out. And order at the counter after me. And I watched to families complain about their raw beef in theirs and be told that is how me make them and watched customers throw away theirs meals. DO NOT EAT here. Any other five guys has to be better. They can’t all be this bad.
Is the burger bad....no. Is the staff efficient and nice.....yes. I think the price though is too much for what you get. It's nothing that I would be like yesss let's stop there again. This particular location was very clean though and there was lots of seating.
I haven't been to this location. I've been to the one on Fruitville and it was not impressive. My husband and I spent over $40 for a mediocre burger, fries and small milkshakes. For the price we paid, the meal should've blown me away and have a taste like no other. For instance, having truffle fries would've made it worth it. The mere addition of a special ingredient that would make the burger really pop would've made it worth it but instead we got a burger that tasted like every other burger and fries that you can get from anywhere. I haven't been to the chain since and never will. It left us longing for something more.
