The service was absolutely terrible, the staff is rude and inattentive. If asked a question about a dish, they give you one word answers while looking displeased or bothered that a question was asked. If you need a drink refill or anything you have to flag down your server, after they drop off your food they basically ignore you completely. This was my first time experience at this restaurant, and I've had better service and food from Taco Bell. The staff gave off the demeanor that the customers are a bother and they hate their job and are just miserable. Honestly giving this restaurant one star is too generous, they deserve zero stars. If anyone wants good Mexican food and quality service, don't go to El Rodeo, go to either Plaza Azteca or El Serrano.
I grew up in a restaurant. It is VERY rare I leave a bad review for a restaurant. I'm not sure I've ever left a review. Anyway, the food tasted like addicts were preparing it. I ordered from uber eats and the lids were literally all coming off, the bag wasn't even stapled shut. Wide open. I am physically sick and I'm not sure if it's my nerves or the few bites I did take. I mean not one single thing they sent was good. NoT 1 and i spent 80 bucks. I'm so sorry to go on and on. I could never serve anyone this food I mean it was bad. What if their kitchen is dirty. I'm freaked out. It was THAT bad.
Under new management. Waitress English was poor. I heard the table behind us complain that their order was wrong. My order was also wrong. When they brought me the correct dish, it was different from what I've had many times in the past. Similar but lacking flavor. The chicken in it was different and not good. Oh, the salsa they served with the chips was similar to thinned V8 Juice. So solid chunks of anything in it. After enjoying it for many years, we won't return under the new management.
AMAZING FOOD!! Just ordered takeout from this restaurant for the first time and I am so impressed. The food was very fresh. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. Generous portion sizes and awesome vegetarian options. I recommend the chimichangas! Will definitely be ordering here again soon!
paid 5 for barely 10 chips and 5 for queso and the queso quantity was so small.. disappointed i couldn’t get it fixed because i order delivery through uber eats.
Margaritas are always tasty here. Their food is amazing. Ambiance lovely. Probably my favorite Mexican restaurant near me. Looks like their guacamole cart is back for fresh guac! I also find their prices to be extremely reasonable. Three margaritas and two dinners was about $60.
Food was very good. I got a burrito so much flavor. My child's rice was hard so she didn't care for it. Everyone else really enjoyed their meal. Very good pico de Gallo. Only complaints are the food came out at very different times so I finished before my child because her food came out about 10 min after the tables food. So we had to wait for her to finish. Only other complaint is they automatically charged 20percent for tip on the reciept plus then tax that so your paying more like 22 percent with a party of 7. I do not think my tip should be taxed.
Our first time, probably last time. Not really good, the waiter was nice, the food just limit. It seems to be a new management, please take a look at your fans......they are very dirty........not a good idea of your restaurant.
Ordering from Uber eats: Missing half my order and was the most disgusting food I’ve ever tasted. Im not sure if the food is better eating at the actual place, but from my delivery, it was terrible. The enchiladas taste like tomatoe sauce, no other flavor. Would never order from here again.
I am not one to leave negative reviews but this has got to be by far my worst restaurant delivery experience. I've been to this place a couple of times before and enjoyed my visit. I ordered dinner through GrubHub on Christmas Eve and the food was below par, the presentation was even worse, and they couldn't get my specials right. Truly disappointed.
