We got there at 7 am. It was a bit busy but not too bad. My husband went in to get our mobile order. It’s about 7:10 so I text him and he tells me that he is waiting for the food, he had gotten the drinks. After a while many walk in the store. It’s about 7:20 at this point and I went in to see what was going on. One of the ladies working there was just ignoring all of the front counter people, the line was almost to the door. I noticed our bagged food was just sitting on the other side of the counter and no one was tending to us or anyone in the lobby. After a while of STILL waiting I told the lady that that might be out food on the counter and if we could have it. She marches over rolls her eyes and puts the bag on the counter. We had 3 items of food. I told my husband to check the bag before we leave and we were missing a donut. I then waited a bit and STILL had to tell her I’m missing something. She then got very mad, complained to her coworker and handed me the donut with an attitude. I would have understood if they were waiting on my food but it was sitting on the counter and no one was tending to the front counter customers. Very rude, extremely unprofessional and made us late. Never going there again.
Not entirely thrilled with the new staff at the new store. Coffee order was wrong yet again. This time they didn't put any sugar in my cup. Service other than thst was good and smiling. I tried to call the store but the number was disconnected so the business information on here needs updated. Considering prices at Dunkin and everything have been continually going up the order accuracy should be imroving. Especially if the franchisee is paying people more than he was before the pandemic started.
I was hopeful with the new building (haven’t been here since 2019, but the two donuts i got were ice cold and stale and the breakfast sandwich (croissant) was hard as a rock and all the things on it (bacon egg and cheese) were cold. The one star was for two out of the three employees i interacted with. Otherwise i would have posted 0 stars with grand central right down the street.

Great new location. Staff was really nice! Store kept very clean inside. Limited seating inside but very nice! Food was fresh as well as our sandwiches being very hot! Our drinks were very good! Parking lot can be a little tight to get out of spaces if drive-thru lane is full.
Huge “open” flag waving out front. Menu is lit up and ready to go. But nobody ever takes your order because this location closes at 3pm and the only way you know that is when you drive around the building and see the janky sign taped to the front door.
They relocated recently always like the hot chocolate, munchkins, breakfast sandwiches
Visited the new location today and was impressed! I went out of my way because the workers at the Dunkin that is on my way are typically unpleasant. Thanks for the positive experience!!
I greatly appreciate the staff that works here. I know that they are short staffed (so everyone is working extra hard) but they are always kind, polite and professional. They know my typical order and fill it quickly. They have a lovely team and should be commended. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work!
