Don't ever do to this Dunkin..the employees are rude and won't do their jobs. I pulled into this Dunkin at 6:05pm and was answered at the drive thru with "it's 6pm and I'm not putting on a cold brew so all we have left is about 2 cups of hot you want it or nah" your business doesn't close until 7pm. Worst service Ive ever had with Dunkin. Will not ever being going back to this location. You can't even greet your customers? Unbelievable. The work ethic of this generation Is outrageous. If I could give this zero stars I would.
We had an issue with our order today. I called the manager and she was super nice, she went above and beyond to resolve the issue.My coffe drink was perfect today!!!
Never really get nothing to eat there but their coffee is awesome and the people are good
Love me some Dunkin! Hot, caramel latte with whipped cream is my go-to!! I also enjoy their donuts! Can you say soft? Yes! Super soft and warm all times, so yummy, my daughter prefers sprinkles on hers, what about their mugs!! Love their mugs, either to keep your coffee hot or cold they are the best! Coffee is my drug as you can tell lol
Very slow.. .guy making sandwiches kept scratching his head with gloves on. After I waiting for my sandwich for extended amount of time she almost threw sandwich to me. I said thank you and her response was yep... very poor. Columbia Ave location much better
Worst DD I've ever been to and that's not an exaggeration. They never get the drinks right. No milk, no flavor or less shots than it should have are just a common day here. I've got an americano that tasted like water with a splash of coffee. Another common thing is to give warm coffee when you order hot expecting you'll take long enough to get there to not notice, something that i never do because I only order here when I'm leaving the grocery store in the same shopping center. Many times I've had to throw it out because it was impossible to drink.
Ordered some donuts for my coworkers online, and wasted my break just to find out that apparently the branch was completely out of donuts. Seems kinda crazy to me. The highlight of the trip and the reason for the stars is that the employees gave me a drink free of charge for the inconvenience. They're obviously working very hard and I'm sure got a lot of backlash from customers that day.
Wow.. lots of bad reviews. I stop here daily and never have a problem. Do they run out of things-- of course just like every other establishment.Not sure if people actually have a grasp about supply chain issues etc.
Credit card machines were down today. The last time I visited they were out of pumpkin spice...so, evidently I don't visit here very often. My pumpkin spice was perfect for this chilly fall day and I enjoyed my egg wraps very much!
The worst dd i have ever seen in my life horrible custumer service and really disrespectfull i don't recomend even trying going here
