Zero starts!!! Absolutely the worse ever!!!!!The door is open for customers YET when you walk in you’re informed mobile orders only.I had to drag my 3 kids back out to the car to drive through to order 3 donuts!!Why not just ring me up as a drive through while in inside? No cars in drive through while I was inside as well.I own a business and I would never treat clients this way or have people employed with this mindset.Close the door if you’re not taking orders! !!

This Dunkin has got my order wrong numerous time and I always ordered on the mobile app. The manager questions everything when u write a complaint. Asks u why u complained and when you tell him why there’s always an excuse. Dealing with this kind of customer service at 6:30 am ain’t it! Then on top of that asking me why I go to that location if he’s so unprofessional. I tell him it’s on my way to work which is none of his business. To say the least I complained to corporate and I no longer go there. Starbucks is better quality and amazing customer service. They need to learn a thing or two!

this dunkin is literally terrible. the drive thru workers will take your order incorrectly then once you pay and realize you didn’t get part of your order they will make you pay again. this happened to me today AND THEN WHEN I LEFT I DIDNT HAVE HALF OF MY FOOD ORDER THAT I PAID FOR. terrible service just do yourself a favor and go to any other dunkin

In comparison to other local Dunkin' Donuts, this shop processes your order to the drive-thru quickly. You are better off going through the drive-thru then walking inside the store. There's even a sign once you walk in letting you know that service is quicker going to the drive-thru minimal wait time in the Drive-Thru order process immediately pay process immediately quick transaction for breakfast at work. Terrible service from a young girl who gave enough attitude that I won’t ever make the effort to go to this location again alongside of poor inventory for basic sides/Donuts. Just an example, I asked what brand of chocolate milk they had and she said normal chocolate milk when Dunkin carriers fairlife, tru moo, and hood milk all with different calories. Negative experience for such a small simple order.

I went to DD ? on Sunday 3/13 and ordered a grilled cheese and an iced latte with 1 stevia. The guy says we are only doing drinks and donuts. So that’s code for there is no manager here and we don’t feel like making anything. I said ok I’ll just take the coffee then. I get to the window and he hands me my drink. I look at the sticker and it says 3 STEVIA!!! In a medium!! I knock on the window, he opens it and says “what”? ? I’m like I asked for 1 stevia, this says 3. He takes the cup, walks around the corner, pulls off the sticker, walks back and hands it back to me and closes the window. I’m like ok.

Everytime I've gone here they been out of either bagels or donuts. How can you have a menu with half of it's items not available. Very disappointing considering how much I enjoy Dunkin Donuts.

I ordered ahead and paid on the mobile app as I have always done for years. While waiting to even enter the drive thru line (it was out in the street) there were almost 2 accidents because of the line. I decided it was safer to park and walk in to grab my order and free up the drive thru for people who still need to order and pay. Staff refused to give me my order because it was not listed or ordered as a walk in and I would need to go through the drive thru. I physically could not do that due to the line and my order was right there on the counter, they just needed to hand it to me. Staff also refused to refund my order! Needless to say I had to call the main 800 number to recieve my refund and report the store. Had the staff been nicer I would not have taken it this far. I will keep following up because I do not want them to take money and time from anyone else. Hopefully something will be done about the traffic there too so no one gets killed.

2min ago, this Dinkins with big line in the drive thru was not given service to anyone some in line was living and i say hello which no one responded for a few min I say hello again the biggest attitude come thru to tell me off. After more than five more min waiting I stop at the window and the 3 musketeers were ready for me. Insult to me were sad to see them doing that. With my age I had never put a negative review on no one ever. But the pregnant lady please behave different and the guy which is always there take care your teeth before you call me ugly and the pregnant just because you pregnant don't mean you pretty too. Both yell a me ugly. I stud there and look at them that is the true I could believe. Tiktok Tiktok. I will still go to Dinkins but not that one.

I guess this is what extra bacon looks like, even while paying extra for it. The croissant was dry and hard and the cheese was not melted and sandwich was cold. Same with my hash browns.
