If you can remember to turn off online ordering, you can remember to post on your social media that you will be closed. Really frustrating to drive over there and see a sign on the door saying that you’re not open. Good donuts, but way too unreliable now to make a visit.

Had a plan to get donuts this morning, drove all the way out there because I seen they were open from 6:30 AM to 1pm and of course they’re closed due to a lack of staff. Please update hours and/or post publicly when you will be closed. It would help many people before coming out.
I always have issues with this place. The donuts are good but the customer service is so bad. Ordered and paid for donuts I never received because they were closed. I couldn't get my order even though I got there 5 minutes after they closed. Now trying to get a hold of customer service for a refund and this has happened twice now.
Hands down, my new favorite place for donuts. They are a little pricey, but well worth the money for a warm, made to order donut in the AM. If you’re looking for a light donut, their French Toast is my favorite. My only comment for this location is sometimes the staff gets busy and it’s hard to get someone to grab your order at the other end of the store (for preorders). Maybe a grab and go rack for preorders would help but, I understand this would be a little risky for orders to be unattended but it would be convenient for customers.
My uncle came in with the donuts. The bacon donuts looked disgusting but when we tried it, I said that it was heaven. The other donuts are good. Keep up the good work
Best donut place around! The first one i was in was in North Carolina and I was so excited to see them open a store right here in lancaster! There's nothing better than a fresh made, still warm doughnut with whatever you want on it! Staff is always friendly as well!
My family loves buying donuts from this place. It’s their number 1 favorite donut spot. They will not get donuts from anywhere else!!! They have so many combinations available, and they’re only $1.95 per donut. They also have a sweet deal if you order a full dozen!

Maybe I had the wrong idea about cake doughnuts. These were surprisingly light and tasty. Since this was my first time, I requested two dozen random doughnuts. Each one was completely unique! They were as delicious as they were pretty. Can't wait to go back!
