I ordered for delivery on 5/20/22 at 4:10pm I ordered a large feta and spinage pizza and 4 cups of ranch… at 5:00 my food gets here they forgot the ranch and sent a plain pizza…I call back they said they would send me the right pizza…5:55 rolls around I call, have to have the whole convo over again I guess they forgot to remake my order… said it would be out in 20 mins… it is now 6:50 and my food just came… THEY SENT ANOTHER PLAIN PIZZA AND NO RANCH! Am I being pranked???? My 7 year old daughter could do a better job than those workers at that dominos. I’m washing my hands with this location. Every order is wrong and half the time I just chalk it up to a lost but this is just crazy… they said their gonna send the feta pizza but really really doubt it!
Ordered a pizza. Payment was taken. App said it was being prepared. Receipt email said to expect delivery in 20-45 minutes. It gets to be 12:13 am (50 minutes) and all of the local dominos show as closing at 1:00 am. I call. Phone system says they’re closed. I try to report a problem in the app and it says that you can only report a problem if the pizza was marked as having left the store. It’s now 1:15 am and I still have no pizza. And now it’s too late to order from anywhere else.UPDATE: Not only did I never get my pizza, I called back the next day and they can’t refund the order until 4 days later when the GM is in. There is also no headquarters/back office phone number. You can only create a ticket or email, which I did the night I didn’t get my pizza, and I still haven’t heard back.UPDATE…again: I got a call back from the GM who wasn’t supposed to be working today. He confirmed that they refunded the order (last night actually because it was too busy) so I should have it back in 48-72 hours. They just don’t send out any notification when they refund orders.Overall issues: lack of proactive communication & understaffed for volume of orders & poorly assigned security privilege’s.
This location has been consistently undercooking our pizzas whenever we order pan style, or a pizza with more than three or so toppings. Usually we call about it and they send replacements. But today was the last straw. We ordered two pan pizzas; both were nearly raw in the middle, and the cheese didn't even go to the edge so there was an inch-wide rim of dry crust. We called to complain, and the person who answered was extremely rude and hung up while we were talking. They sent a replacement for only one pizza after almost 40 minutes, but it was burned beyond any edibility, so we had to just take the loss and make our own food instead. No more Domino's in our house.
This location use to be reliable Dominos to order from. Past 3 times i ordered food was not correct, missing items or rushed and poorly prepared. This location no longer cares about customer satisfaction.
This location is always helpful and friendly. Pizza is hot and looks good even if called last minute just before closing (which I try not to do.)
Never disappointed by this Dominoes. Always hot and fresh when we get delivery. If they say 20 minutes it comes in 15. Couldn't be happier.

This Domino’s always comes through for me: just gave me a free pan pizza on my birthday, and it was the only pizza dense enough to hold my birthday candles! This place rips so hard, the real birthday MVPs ?
Quick,efficient service...food isn't the best but for the price and speed of delivery it's a good place to order from when you're in a hurry and just want something quickly.
Domino is my favorite Pizza. But today I really upset ordering pizza over the phone. The operator dropped me before I finished my order.I called back and finished my order. When I pick up Pizza they gave me with a black box instead of regular white box. Taste is so much different from the regular pizza. I ate only a slice.
