45 minutes of waiting through the drive thru; multiple employees messing around and knocking supplies onto the ground and restocking the supplies after it touches the floor should of been tossed. Order a large hot fudge shake, was given a hot fudge sundae twice in error and then told they’re out of hot fudge so settled for chocolate syrup. Ordered a large mango slushy and was charged for a mango freeze and watched the employee pour into a medium cup, caught himself doing it and poured it into a large cup. Told him I paid for large not medium and saw what he did and he detested it was a large. Paid for a medium sprite; given a small. Overall our bill should of been $13 was charged $17. Prices in drive through board are not up to date and there’s not legit management for night crew or this wouldn’t of happened. No apologies from the staff and the teenage employees are screaming their heads off when they have traffic going into Columbia ave. Just lazy business and an owner that can schedule efficient night labor.
Ordered items to be made with chocolate then after we've paid and received our items which were made with vanilla we were told they were out of chocolate. Then we sat here to enjoy the subpar icecream and we heard multiple drive thru orders asking to be made with chocolate and they were never told it was out. Pretty sure we were lied to. Not only that but they don't even know how to make what you order. My Mocha moolatte has not 1 drop of chocolate in it, it's coffee flavored icy and they even forgot the whip and drizzle on top. Don't waste your money.
This Dairy Queen location has been a huge disappointment. Doors were locked, closing at 9:00 when they are open until 9:30. They also had cones at each front entrance blocking off customers from entering. (these could cause accidents as people do not know why they are there) Cars throughout the lot with families wanting ice cream and doors are locked. Dairy Queen should welcome all these families they are turning away and extend hours to accommodate business.

Just sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes when told that it's 9 pm now and we are closed. Two cars still in front of me to order and another 4 cars behind me. Not one of us getting served!!! That's a super poor way to treat your customers!!!! Website says open until 9:30 pm! And the main sign was still lit as if they are open. With gas at $4+ per gallon and that many people willing to sit in line, you'd think they would value their customers more. Offer a free ice cream cone coupon to everyone in line especially if you're not going to close off the drive thru line with orange cones. It'll be quite some time before I bother to go back!
Tried the new salted caramel blizzard...was very tasty! I recommend you give it a try if you like that type of flavor.
The staff was awesome! I love Dairy Queen in my home city so going to a different state and receiving the same wonderful customer service, I was very pleased! Also my kids enjoyed the ice cream lol

Their Facebook page says they close at 9:30. We were in line at the drive through at 8:45 with only maybe 3 or 4 cars in front of us. When we got to the window at 9:04, they refused to serve us because they were closed. We were the last car in line and my kids wanted 2 cones - that’s all. Completely rude staff.
Awesome ice cream, great Blizzards -atmosphere is great- you need to try them.
