Cannot recommend enough! My husband and I have been lucky to have some of Christina's cooking from pop up dinners in Lancaster and pasteles over the holidays so we already knew her food was amazing, but we also recently worked with Christina's Criollo to cater the food for an event. We ordered a lot of the classic food you can find on the menu online but she also worked with us to find custom options for our vegetarian guests (though many of her dishes are already vegan and also gluten free). She also worked with me to figure out the best fit for set up for our event and pick up was easy. Pricing was also very reasonable and was a big hit with our guests. Will definitely be utilizing again in the future!

Has a delicious vegan option with a variety to choose from. Really great flavor. Not too spicy.
I’ve lived in Lancaster for about 2 years now and I’ve been plant based that whole time. This place has by far some of the best vegan foods I’ve ever eaten. Super clean ingredients and I can tell it’s made with love <3. My favorite part about Christina’s Criollo is Christina. She is super super sweet and helpful and from what I’ve seen she makes all of the food from scratch!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some high quality foods for super affordable prices.
I had the special with roast pork, Spanish rice with pigeon peas, and the sweet plantains. Still delicious after all of this time. Hugs to Christina. I miss chatting with you at the stand.
Vegan platter was delish! The plantains , pigeon pea rice and yuca cooked perfectly and seasoned.
Simply Awesome food. Flavorful and every bite is just downright delicious. Her cooking makes me regret having bariatric surgery 99.9% of the time ��.. friendly staff and phenomenal hospitality. May she always continue to be blessed!!

We had a lovely meal to go by Christina for a date night last Friday! My wife LOVED the Salmon with Chimichurri and my beef and rice and beans was great! She even upgraded our empanadas! We also loved the plantains and flan and paid much less that if we were sitting down in a restaurant.
