Lifelong chipotle customer! Been here 3 times and it was TERRRIBLE! Out of steak all 3 visits, out of peppers all 3 visits, lazy workers who hang in the back and listen to emo music, cold food, small portions. DONT GO HERE!!!

I ordered $130 worth of food and received 1/3 of my order. I called 4 times to inquire why but no one picked answered my call. I drove to the restaurant and spoke with Jesse ‘the manager.’ This clown told me that he didn’t answer the phone because they were about to close the store. Jesse the clown will continue with his minimum wage job because that’s as far as his talents will take him in life.

I am a regular at Chipotle, this one is new so had some growing pains, personally had to wait very long with rude staff and sub par food, however recently it has been much better and I don’t have any complaints the last few times. Kudos to the owners for adjusting and fixing problems as necessary.

This is the best chipotle I have been to yet. The service was good and the food was good as always. Very happy with this visit. It’s hard to find good service anymore so when I find it I really like to write a review on it. Thanks!

We eat Chipotle fairly regularly. We recently moved close to this location and ordered through the app. What we received was no where close to what a normal Chipotle provides. Taco wrapped in foil and crushed, stickers on wrong meals, cold food, a quesadilla with non melted cheese, no fajita veggies, a veggie burrito bowl that was 90% rice, and stale chips. I know this chain is awesome but this location is an under performer.

I was very excited to get chipotle. When we got there the hours had changed from 12-8pm. Me, my husband and 15+ people stood outside until 12pm waiting very patiently. When the clock struck noon the employees did nothing, and the doors remained locked. I knocked on the door twice and even called the number provided on google for that location. However, the number was for a different Lancaster county chipotle. The doors were finally opened at 12:05. When we all got up to order they had barely anything. But there was no sign to inform that they were short on certain things. If you’re gonna change your store hours at least honor them. Also the sign on the door was in 8 font stating the new hours. No one is gonna see that. I understand they are understaffed because no one wants to work because of covid. But if you know you’re short handed and short on food take the time to come in sooner to prep so 15+ people don’t have to stand outside in the cold and one of those people was a pregnant lady. If you’re gonna pay your works $15-20 an hour at least teach them respect and responsibility. Do better chipotle.

First time visiting this location and I was pleasantly surprised. I entered to find a long line, but the line moved quickly. The food was fresh, hot, and plentiful. A welcome change from a recent visit to a different Chipotle location.

By far the worst chipotle we have EVER been in. Waited 10 min for anyone to stop walking around to even acknowledge us. ( We were the only ones in there) Had no rice???? Really no rice ready!! chic was not ready and all the containers looked about empty. Walked away without even trying . Stay away !!

I would say it's not a horrible place depending on the people who work there, and time of day you arrive. Some of them keep the work area very clean and some keep it a mess as the day go by, considering how busy it gets from time to time. Some also actually work a bit slow, but hopefully with a bit more skill the line will move along quicker. It would be great if they had a whole day off in the week to get everything stocked, organized, and cleaned.Just so they don't run out of ingredients and dishes too often and such.Along with hiring more people and training them appropriately, considering they are extremely understaffed it's a bit of a mess. When it's lunch hour it gets crowded and since they're understaffed it doesn't go quickly as it should be. I would say around that time it gets prettt bad.So all we could do is be patient with them as they make our food. At times there are mistakes here or there but I'd assume they're new. That's one of the main reasons why it's not running as it should be.Plus the store itself has a couple problems, from the ice machine up front not giving out ice. Which I wish it would.Overall it's still a new store so hopefully it'll improve and that the employees will continue to take care of it.
