The waiter Aaron was attentive and nice and did a Great ,even though extremely busy. The food was 5/5I got a brisket burger that was perfectly cooked , and I loved the nachos too. My granddaughter also loved them ,that's her favorite thing at restaurants! She had the bacon burger and was also perfectly cooked. I recommend the Mexican corn to everyone so good
The food tastes great but the price for what you get is absolutely outrageous. I received a spoonful of rice + 2 half spoonfuls of steak for in a burrito. It cost me over $15. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting Chipotle again until their prices come down
*WARNING* don’t DoorDash from this chipotle. They will get either your order wrong or do such a poorly job of make your bowl that you will lose your appetite by just looking at it. I paid 17$ for one bowl ONE and this is what I received… very substandard job by the staff, they should be embarrassed.
Said they were out of veggies and lettuce (?) even though I saw lettuce in the back. They didn't want to refill the ingredients, I guess since they were busy. Got half of what I wanted for a higher price. Quality tastes worse than it used to. Rice is hard. I won't be coming back to this location.
Always love the food, I’ve been a Chipotle fan since long before they came to PA- However this place was filthy. We were there early for lunch, the tables were smeared with food from the day before. Bench was full of salt and dirt( I wiped it and the napkin was Black. The leather like seat back was spotted with old spills and when I wiped the top of the back the black stains transferred to the wipe- they had not been cleaned in ages this place needs a deep cleaning
Look at this portion. Half steak half chicken. Second photo is after I packed the burrito bowl to the fill line. Barely half of the bowl. Paid over $10 for this.
Yesterday was my 1st time at Chipotle on Fruitville pipe. First of all they overcharge me for something I didn't get. Second the white ride wasn't fully cooked. I would never go there again. I tried calling and calling for hours yesterday to complain about the overcharge and no one picked up the phone.
I gor the sakes burrito it was good food was seasoned well and. You could pick what you want in it first time there and it was not bad.
Service was fast and employees were friendly, food was ok. Chips weren’t great and seemed kind of rubbery. Good amount of seating and also outdoor tables. Overall pretty decent, but similar chain Moe’s is generally much better.
I understand being short staffed currently so I did not mind the wait at all. However, a lot of the delays I experienced were due to poor management and no employees having any sense of “flow” down. Get to checkout and my food is bagged and my to go cups are in front of me. The girl checking me out walks away. I wait another minute with my money in my hand ready to pay and then decide to just hand my kids their cups to go fill to help speed up the process of getting out of there. A young girl screams at me not to touch my food because I haven’t paid. Screamed it in front of everyone waiting to order as if I was attempting to run off and not pay. Extremely unprofessional. I let her know I would love to pay but she walked away and never took my payment. Management needs to train their employees better all around.
