I love Chipotle but not this location. Rice was hard, food was cold and the establishment was dirty (tables, floors, drink station), literally everything was dirty. Also, the lemonade/aguas were almost all empty.
I ordered two bowls for pick up. When I got home and opened the bowls both were completely wrong. Half of the toppings were missing, white rice instead of brown rice, pinto beans instead of black beans. It can’t be that hard to follow an order list and put it in a bowl.
This establishment has been hit or miss with service. Recently, we went as a family for diner and received a positive experience. One young man even took the extra step to ask if I was a first responder, in order to receive a discount on later purchases (don’t remember name). Another clerk, Maddy, always makes sure that her portions are accurate and fair. She prides herself on meeting customer expectations.Most recently, I had a complete JOKE of an experience. Staff had run out of 3-4 food items. Kitchen had 6 staff members with only 2 visibly hustling. Server was so quiet that she couldn’t accurately register our choices and gave meager portions. We received one bowl that was under %50 capacity and charged full price. Absolutely not showing awareness of the situation. If someone asks for 3 items. Maybe, just maybe, increase the portion size of the lettuce, etc to get close to $10+ of food.This place used to be on point. What’s happened???
Leaving a 3 star review for chipotle is hard for me because I love their food. However this is now the 3rd time I have had to wait more than 30 minutes past my pick up time for a mobile order. They The last 5 times I have gone in, they have not had any chips. And on most occasions, they are missing at least 3-4 ingredients from the assembly line. I love the food so I keep coming back. But management really needs to step up their game at this location.
They been realy bad for a past few months. I got rice today Sunday 3 /27 /22. The rice was very hard. They did not harly had anithing. And when I order also chips. They told me that did not had any. Realy bad. Service I won’t never go there again. Panera bread next door. Is way better nasty chipotle
I'm glad we went inside calling because how I ordered at window and got the food that was and the serving line I would have had to return it. The serving area was a wreck and all of the food was old and dried out. Chicken and steaks very dried out it all looked very very bad. I can't believe they actually they're cleaning up it was a mess! We left without ordering.
If I could do no stars I would. Place is filthy. Cooking are full of dirty pans, out of almost all meats and food spilled all over service area. No clean tables despite the 6 or so employees. No excuse for this.Want a good burrito, go to roburritos.
Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. Not only was I yelled at by the cashier for touching my cup and food before paying.....half the options for the food were missing. On top of that there was one person doing all of the line stations (she deserves a raise for her hard work. Not to mention she was also yelled out by the same cashier for getting me a topping they were out of on the line.) This place was so poorly managed tonight I won't be going back. If the owner sees this review please feel free to reach out to me but I assume he will take the same approach as he does his resturant.... completely absent.

This place was only open 1 1/2 hours when I arrived for a vegetable bowl. They had no rice and no black beans already!! Inexcusable to run out in such a short time. Then this place should make a price adjustment. I will never return and will tell all my friends about this ridiculous situation.
