An after-six dinner was met with only some choices in Lancaster, though mid-week was still a bit if a surprise. We gratefully ate in Chick-fil-A knowing that the quality would be excellent and the service polite and quick (which it was). The restaurant was packed but the employees were all cheery and worked to keep the tables clean and ready.
This store is my only hope when it comes to getting Chic-fil-a in Lancaster. The Fruitville Pike store is a disaster because of its location and parking lot situation. Every time I order here, it is quick service and great food. It does get busy here but definitely not chaotic like Fruitville. I would suggest another location for Lancaster County. Maybe Manheim, East Pete or Lititz. My vote is Manheim. ?
Waited 45 min for order .told them if i didnt get my order in the next min i wanted my money.First and last time there.
Great service and the employees seem generally happy to be working there even on a busy Friday afternoon!
Another pleasant dining experience . My husband and I visited with our special needs adult daughter and 4 grandchildren . They really enjoyed use of the play area .The youngest is 2 . It was his 1st time inside (Due to the pandemic) . He laughed excitedly as he came down the tunnel with his 4yr old Sister ... Thank you Lord for family fun with every trip .Amazing patience of the staff to see such 'active' children .The pic was taken under the 'gathering table's (the high one with the stools) .'A Better Way' is a place young men go . During rehabilitation these tables are made . Each one is unique with a written testamony .Take time to read the plaque on the top of the table . And snap a pic of the testamony underneath ☺️
Food is always good and served hot! We ate in time since dining room open again. Don't be intimidated by long drive thru lines though as it moves like super quick!! Love the great service and manners of all the staff!!
People are polite professional and prompt. Food is amazing and just really enjoy Chick-fil-a
Very pleasant. Crowded but lines moved nicely. Cashier was friendly. Food tasty and fresh. Even had a cute little mint included with the meal
This was the best Chick-fil-A I think I’ve ever been to. Everyone was extremely nice and was sure to get what you wanted.
The place is always so busy I get it. But my last time I visited the Lincoln highway site. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. So I finally got to the window got my food and I should've looked to see right there and then but I didnt just wanted to get out that parking lot. Got home and found 2 spicy chix sandwiches. I tried to call the store and no answer. Called 3 times.
