Let’s see they need to get with the program open the rest of the restaurant And don’t blame it on staffing there’s never no seats , they’re so concerned about germs floors and tables filthy! Had to clean my own table , no condiments out , ppl standing on top of one another!
Man oh man,,, I sure just don't see what all the FUSS is about this place! The food really almost sucks! My gal pal and I finally decided to get in the 25 minute line and wait to order food. That was our first mistake. My fried chicken sandwich was very very overcooked very chewy and very dried out even with lettuce and tomato on it! My friends grilled chicken sandwich was almost inedible it was so over cooked and dried out! NOTHING EVEN CLOSE to juicy about either one of them! The waffle fries had been sitting around a long time also, and at best were room temperature, although they were tasty! The chocolate milkshake was very good. This was all after having waited 25 minutes for food and almost $23 worth! Like I said up Front, I JUST DONT SEE WHAT ALL THE FUSS,,, AND WONT BE BACK!! STOP THE HYPE!!
I went with my sister, who has never been. It was a Friday Night at dinner time. As always it was busy. There were no available seating and a long line at the counter... We ended up going elsewhere... which is a total shame... Chick-fil-A is my all time favorite fast food restaurant and I was looking forward to sharing it with my sister.I'm just really tired of the whole COVID-19 thing effecting everything... Open the whole dining room already... It's not like 1/2 the restaurant being closed gives space between guests... Everyone is still piled on top of each other...I'm pretty sure that operating at 1/2 capacity doesn't mean shutting down the right side of the restaurant... It means keep spaces between booths... It just makes it totally pointless!!!
This place is constantly so busy they back up traffic through 3 intersections. Their customers constantly block the x near the Starbucks, Jersey Mike's, etc and then you can't get through that intersection. This store needs to be rezoned by the borough and forced to move somewhere big enough to handle all of their traffic.
The franchise of Chick-fil-A is always the same no matter where you go - the food is out of this world. This Lancaster location has exceptional service. Only downside is that the demand for food is consistently through the roof and the drive-through car line extends out to the highway at all times.
I mean, it's Chick-fil-A, so of course the food is good and ultimately the service is good. But this location is the absolute worst engineered monstrosity despite looking like it should handle large traffic. It took something like 45 minutes last time we were there and it was definitely after the normal dinner rush time.
Four stars bc we waited an hour in the drive thru. But it's kinda the norm for now. Kiddos to anyone who works those conditions! The frozen lemonade gets TEN STARS every time.
This location is fairly new and despite it constantly being packed, they move folks through the line as fast as they can. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the drive thru layout is less than desirable for the amount of traffic this location sees. Probably an unforseen issue but not sure how they could remedy it. Just be prepared to spend 20 minutes in line.
The chicken deluxe sandwich meal with chocolate shake was (and always will be) my absolute favorite meal...beyond yummy! Never looks "thrown together" like sandwiches from other fast food places; beautiful presentation. Amazing waffle fries are always crispy and never "too oily." Definately worth the very long wait in line. Friendly staff!
Food is wonderful as always! But the wait time is more than any other Chick Fil A I have been to! Like almost an hour wait, and difficult to get out of drive thru once in! Unbelievable, how are they making money, because the amount of customers they r serving an hour is not half of McDonald's or any other Chick Fil A. They need to do something different
