Our pizza was the best we have had in years!!!! It was not dark and burnt like the pizzas we have been getting!!! Thank you for our wonderful pizza?
Good small local pizza chain. Decent pizza good subs, which they serve on their own bread.
I called in a take-out order and the customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful.?? She was nasty ?with the intonation of her voice and rude. I paid with my Discover card and made a comment "add two dollars for a tip cause you sound like you're having a bad day hon" she then quickly said "oh, well I'm having a great day I don't know about you" I almost dropped the phone?. My boyfriend picks up the pizza??WAS CHARGED AGAIN??she told him I didn't pay?? We went back to speak to the owners( that was a joke)and get his cash back, they were condescending saying that she was a child and that it was okay. NO APOLOGY GIVEN. ?DO NOT & WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT PLACE? PIZZA WAS SALTY. ?
Absolutely awesome pizza! Terrific staff. It was incredibly busy, and they were still friendly and attentive. It reminds me of the family pizza place I worked in years ago. I’m not local, but I’ll travel just to eat there again. My entire family loved it.
If you order take out, be sure you check your order before you leave. Ordered on line $42.+ and when we got home we had a missing desert. Called them to request a credit on my card and they asked me to stop by and they would refund me cash. Stopped the next day and they said the kid that packed my order swore he put in two deserts. I told them to keep the $5.99, they obviously needed it more than me to question my honesty over a lousy $6 bucks. And the food wasn’t that good. Done with Caruso’s!
I love love love this restaurant ❤️Nice, excellent, wonderful, respectful, super nice people!!!!!! The food is amazing. The service is extraordinary. And I would recommend this place a million times.
Love, love, love! It reminds me of growing up here. The smell when you walk in, the right amount of grease when you fold the slice, ask for a smidge well done, and it's always perfect. The owner and staff are wonderful! Ignacio has a memory like a steel trap!
I spend $50.00 worth of pizza, You are the most unpolite people. I ordered my pizza with just pepperoni and another one have cheese and half bacon and I made a mistake and clicking house pizza or what ever and didn't have the customer service to say it's ok let me do it for you correctly. How dare you call yourself a good pizza place. This review I will post with pictures of the pizzas. First and last time we will be ordering there. I'm texting this while I lay here in the hospital bed trying to feed my kids . You make me sick.I called again and spoke to a guy and he didn't even want to put the manager thru. He said because I made the mistake he can't fix it. What is wrong with the customer service there. He also stated I can't do anything for you and hung up....
Clean place, good customer service, and delicious pizza.Caesar salad not as good. Old bread and little to no cheese. Needs improvement. :) (Photo added)
