The food was top shelf, our server i can't remember her name to save my life I know it started with a V (i chalk it up as having a senior moment lol) was excellent and very pleasant, very suggestive and knowledgeable of their menu being first timers from sit down to service (drinks, appetizers,etc...) was less than 15 minutes. With 4 cocktails, appetizers, entree and main course was roughly $80, so I dropped a C-note on her to include tip and left with a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be returning
Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere.
We were coming for lunch on a Sunday after church and had a wonderful meal! I really can't say enough about the lady who waited on our table! Not only did she take good care of us, helped me a gluten free patron with my order but she went out of her way to help us with our grandson who is a baby and suggested several things that helped us to have a wonderful experience there that day.
After a VERY disappointing attempt to dine elsewhere (with reservations that required what would have been an additional hour's wait at Lancaster's Bonefish Grill), we had a WONDERFUL Mother's Day dinner experience at Carrabba's! Christina, our server, was attentive, accurate and quick. In a complete contrast to our previous location, we watched a great bus staff scan empty tables and turn them over quickly and efficiently for new customers, big smiles to clientele from everyone, and a meal that was awesome! Fast, courteous services (pat on the back, Christina!), excellently managed front of the house and superb kitchen. Thank you!!!
The food was excellent. We tried their new shrimp and fettuccine dish in a champagne white sauce and it was great! It was my neighbors 92nd birthday and she received their chocolate dream dessert free. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
I love their food! Especially, Fettuccine Alfredo!! But I was very disappointed with sitting down at a table with a hugh crack in it. "Is it and my meal going to fall into my lap?"When I asked to move to another table I was told they all have cracks. Wow! Really? I think this is wrong!!
I'm not one to write a review very quickly, but I was not happy with my filet mignon. It was burnt on the outside and had a burnt taste. Inside was fair, I mentioned something to the waiter but he was not overly concerned about it. Otherwise , we had a good time there and the atmosphere was nice, but would probably not go back
Seemed like they were struggling with staff. Very friendly , food was good, but cold. Our waitress was clearly over tabled. Very nice people. This is my favorite place.
Food was great service top notch good atmosphere.
We came here with a couple who are locals. Never had the pleasure of this location. Always have had good experiences at other locations. This meal was textbook Carrabba's. Salmon Saporito was an average cut of farm raised salmon with some sprinkles of crab on top. Nice sauce. Wife enjoyed her chicken marsala, which was juicy and tender. Both salads were fresh and moist. Draft Bud Light was fairly priced at $4.50. Where my mind ran off the rails was my wife's wine. She ordered the "House Chardonnay." That is supposed to mean CHEAP!!!. It was a 9 oz. pour (wife never specified), which is fine. But the bill for 2 glasses was $32.00. Are you kidding me?????? When I called the waitress on the amount, and the fact that the bill showed "Kendall Jackson," she checked with the manager. So, the manager lowered the bill to $12.99/glass. I really resent being mistaken for a ATM. And, I don't believe that Carrabba's sells a lot of $16 glasses of any wine. Buyer beware.
