Third time and the last. would give 0 stars if it were an option.We waited 10 minutes before the waitress ever came to take our drink order, we ordered appetizers because we knew what we were into by then. Got our appetizers and drinks respectfully quick. Then we sat,,, finally had to flag down another waitress to get us napkins and utensils. We ordered our food when she brought the drinks and appetizers. We got our burgers,, we ate our meals and we waited for our daughters food,, and we waited and waited some more. I finally got to the manager and told her to scratch the order. we payed for what we got and left the premises.Waitress never stopped by our table to ask how things were and if she could refill our drinks.Food was average at best!
This place used to be absolutely terrible when it came to service and management, but it has really turned around in recent years. Always a go to place to watch sports and drink a few beers with some friends. Lunch always has some solid deals as well. Staff is always friendly and attentive.
If I could leave no stars I would. This was a third attempt to try this location in hopes the past two visits were just flukes. Let's just say NONE of the employees give AF. The place was DISGUSTING!! I wished my phone didn't die before getting photos of the floor and tables. It looked like every guest had a food confetti party. There were flies and gnats EVERYWHERE. The manager on duty had the WORST attitude. We were sat at the front door even with several tables being empty. We kindly asked if we could sit elsewhere. The managers response was to neck roll and say "well their only option is over there" (a table in the corner closer to the door) which was fine. Out food took FOREVER to come out which she practically threw on the table at us. This whole experience was a complete turn off and we'll never return. I'm sure this review won't do much but figured I'd share my experience.
Horrible experience. First the host ignores us to join a sidebar conversation. Then walks us to a dirty table. Offers to clean it, walks away to get table cleaner then engages in another sidebar conversation with us just standing in the middle of the dining room floor. Our server is weeded and just got four tables ( we were her fourth) and no one is helping her but three servers stood in the service station chatting and laughing while she struggles to connect with all of her tables. Nachos are served cold TWICE and the shift supervisor was not engaged in the guest experience. She actually said I don't know how to fix this ( the cold nachos situation). Seriously?!?!?!?!? You could tell she only received this position because she is the employee with the most tenure; not because she qualified. This was a rough experience and corporate is NOT interested in the feedback to fix the problem for future visits; they are just interested in throwing 'money/points' (I don't even belong to their club) to get you to RETURN AND SPEND MORE MONEY to enjoy the same or worst experience. Dining in at a restaurant is about human connection and when that fails you, corporate should work to repair the relationship but not by sending a passive email with come back so we can ruin more dining experiences for you!
Our wings were good, although we had to send one order back to be sauced instead of dry rubbed and then they never brought backthe celery and carrots. Our to go order was messed up multiple times and we practically had to beg for our check to several people because our server wouldn't bring it or come get the money once we had it. The girls in the back by the line were just wandering around like they had nothing to do and then asked if we wanted our to go order after we'd been finished with our food for a while and had piled all our dishes.
Great place and staff. Excellent service. Place gets somewhat busy seems mostly on UFC night.Plenty parking easy location to get to.Food is OK. Drinks are OK too.Great ambiance and clean place with good prices. I'll be back.
it honestly hurts that i have to give at least a one star rating after the expirience i just had. I wanted to just have a nice meal and enjoy some sporting events with my friends but It is hard to enjoy anything when it takes close to an hour to receive my food. I was also not asked a single time if i wanted any refills and had no utensils to eat my food. Even when i asked my waitress for small things it would take around 20 minutes for my things to come. My waitress seemed very rude towards my group and i don’t think i will ever be eating here again.
I’ve normally loved adventuring to Buffalo Wild Wings with my family and friends. But I will never be coming back due to the waitress I had this evening. It took a hour to get food and refills. Once we recieved it, we didn’t have silverware or napkins. Our waitress would roll her eyes every time we asked for anything. Her name was shay.
Love this place! Really good food, and great service as well. Great GameDay atmosphere and lots of TVs to watch the games on. Bathrooms are clean and the service is quick. Not to pricy either.
We went on Friday and did not have a good experience. Our waitress was grumpy from the beginning. She never introduced herself at the beginning and was very short to us when she would come to our table. Our wings were way overcooked. I ordered 10 traditional wings and could only eat 5 because the other 5 were too overcooked to the point where I could barely bite into them. My boyfriend got 15 traditional wings and 8 of them were stuck together overcooked to the point where he couldn’t eat them. In addition to our wings being awful, I had a fly in my angry orchard and my boyfriend’s beer had way too much head on it. This was the worst experience we've both had and we will not be back.
