Ordered a large calzone and poppers... When I got home from the 45 minute drive to get it it was NOT a pepperoni mushroom calzone with extra cheese it was a PLAIN CHEESE PIZZA! When I called to inform them they said just come back and get it. I had just driven 18 miles that took me 45 minutes to do because of heavy traffic. Returning was not an option for me. I have to admit that the lady running the phone and the register did work hard to try to convince the owner to bring it to me... But he would not. His best deal was come and get it and I'll give you 40% off your next one. Yea right, I'll spend more than that in fuel to go get it. NOT HAPPENING. So I spent $23+ dollars for a cheese pizza and 6 poppers. That seems like a deal you would get in BROOKLYN doesn't it?
Called in an specifically said MEAT LOVERS STROMBOLI!! Got there and there was so much confusion, didn't even have the right name correct but they had a meat lovers pizza... The girl said no one calls for a meat lovers stromboli so she proceeded to make me a pizza... Me being nice and my 3 year old was starving I bought the pizza..18.01 for a not even a done pizza, doughy with no crisp.... No discount no nothing for THERE MISTAKE... I will no longer spend my money at this establishment, sorry!!
It’s unfortunate that they make really good pizza, because 90% of the time we’ve ordered from there, something is always wrong or missing. We’ve gotten the completely wrong pizza before, almost every time we’ve asked for something as simple as pepperoni on our grandmas pizza, they forget it. Twice we’ve ordered delivery and they’ve forgotten half of it. I’m fine with “mistakes happen” but there’s a mistake every single time we order. It’s very frustrating, specially because their grandmas pizza is very good. Along with their buffalo chicken cheese steaks. But a mistake every order? Not okay.
Just ordered from here for the first time. We ordered a chicken cheese steak, a Stromboli, chicken fingers, and, mozz fries. The food was so good! The chicken cheesesteak was so good. Cooked perfectly. Just wish it would give an option for extra cheese. My boys loved their chicken fingers. Can't wait to try a Stromboli next time. His Stromboli looked so good. If you're local or just visiting definitely check this place out. Price is reasonable, especially for how great of a quality it is.
Amazing food! A highlight of my trip
We have ordered from here numerous times and never had an issue. We ordered the Grandma Pizza yesterday which is normally delicious and sweet. Upon the first bite I knew something was wrong. It tasted like someone dumped a bottle of salt in the sauce instead of using sugar. It was almost unedible.
Their food is Amazing but when me and my daugther start asking too slice her pizza they started taking in spanish about us I feel she was getting annoyed like when we ask for forks for her
I’m from New York and it’s offensive to have “Brooklyn pizza” in your name. The cheese was extremely pasteurized and flavorless. If you can’t even put fresh mozzarella on your “pizza” just change the name of your establishment. This was nothing but a frozen piece of public school pizza
Get food from the Brooklyn Pizza on lititz instead. This was okay but food was slow & not on time for pickup. They didn’t have onions I guess because wasn’t added to any of my salads. Wish I took a pic of the chef salad before I threw it away. They just chopped carrots and threw it on the salad. The tomatoes were sliced like for a burger. And the ham & turkey was just in long rolls. Seemed very half attempted. The burger was very good tho
Their pizza is amazing ? love their prices and their menu options. This is definitely me and my families pizza spot from now on. Order anything you won't be disappointed
