We usually love this restaurant, however, went there yesterday to celebrate our anniversary and ordered our favorite dish which is the cod imperial. When the plates arrived, the cod was almost blackened with seasoning which has never happened before, we asked the manager what they could to to correct it and she had them make another which meant we sat another 20 min.. when this dish came back, there was very little imperial on the top, it was so disappointing. We will never go back on a Monday.

Unfortunately, I was very frustrated with this location last night. I wanted to treat my daughter to a Mother's Day dinner out. We have enjoyed this restaurant in the past, and when she'd said she'd never been here I was happy to host her there. I went online several days ahead to make sure we had reservations and booked accordingly. We showed up five minutes before the reservation time and the place was a zoo. People were lined up outside, unable to get in through the revolving entrance door because so many people were blocking the entryway on the inside. I was told that they were running "a little behind," and that we'd have a "5 to 15 minute wait." Well, I wasn't thrilled, but I also understood it was Mother's Day and we decided to wait. After half an hour of first waiting outside, then going back inside and watching a lackadaisical bus staff take their sweet time in getting tables arranged while three employees hung around the hostess stand, I was beginning to get annoyed. When I asked at the half-hour point how much longer it would be I was told, flippantly, they were doing the best they could and that I had another fifteen minute to go. They were clearly overbooked, understaffed and the staff that WERE there were poorly managed. Well, that was the seeya! moment for us. We drove over to Carraba's, had a short wait, watched an amazing crew anticipate and turn tables over for new diners like an oiled machine, and had a FANTASTIC dinner. Lost a customer, Bonefish.
We were seated promptly, our server, Andrea was very attentive, yet unobtrusive. Our meals of salmon, 2 cod imperials, and Lily’s chicken were excellent. We were surprised when our birthday guest received a free piece of cheesecake and a card! And I loved my flourless brownie, as well! Thank you Bonefish Grill, for an enjoyable evening.

Delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. Scallops and steak were perfectly cooked!
Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Food was what I expected for seafood in Lancaster. It wasn’t bad but I’ve had better.
We had an awesome meal at Bonefish. My all time favorite is the bang, bang shrimp!! I tried a frozen blackberry sangria which was tasty!!
Made a dinner reservation which I was late for due to a flat tire. Called restaurant to let them know we were on our way. When we arrived we were greeted by the hostess I let her know that I had called in. She smiled and said she was glad we made it safe. I was promptly seated and was comped dessert. The food was delicious. Our waitress was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Great job!!! Thank you so much for a nice Friday dinner.
Usually I would give this place 5 ? stars! We come here often for days nights. However today I'm not giving it 5 starts because the bread was hard... it's usually soft and fresh but not today. I'm not sure why they never disappoint.Also they have a delicious new addition to their menu as of a few months ago, their cooked spinach is now creamed spinach. Very yummy.My favorite dish on this menu is the Parmesan crusted fish... so yummy. And the house salad is my favorite with the vinegarete on it. Also we usually ask for Parmesan cheese to add to our oil to eat with our bread. Also very yummy.
