I have been here before and the experience has always been pleasant, until today. My family came and the experience was probably the worst I've had in a restaurant. Only two of us didn't have some kind of mix up with our order. I was given the wrong item, one of us had floppy bacon when it was specifically asked to be crispy. We waited for maybe 45 minutes to get our food after ordering, even though it wasn't at all busy. Most of food was cold and the one plate we sent back because of it was simply, and obviously, microwaved and given back to us. When I mentioned that my food was wrong, they offered simple toppings rather than actually getting the right order right away. The cashier was also rude and didn't provide the name of the manager when initially asked. She also didn't even ask what was wrong when we told her the experience had been awful.This entire experience has been awful and completely tarnished my view of what this restaurant could and has been.
I order occassionally and it is always consistently good. I gave 4 stars only because the time of pick up is often a little longer than estimated. I typically order a couple hours in advance and then it has always been ready but when ordering for as soon as possible it seems to be at least 10 or 15 mins long then estimated. I'm sure it is due to busy times and staffing but the timing estimate on the website might offer a better suggestion. But again, everything always tastes good and as expected.
The manager and waitress were kind but the cook needs to go! The chicken breast was raw inside and the sausage/bacon came out under cooked. Then cook sent it back burnt the second time.
We've eaten here a few times and love it. Food is great and staff are pretty nice but we ordered takeout and this is what we were served. I ordered the chicken noodle deep dish dinner as shown on the menu and they packaged me stale biscuit covered with cold, dry mashed potatoes. Are you kidding me? This is the laziest, worst quality decision I've ever experienced. I'm at a loss for words. We paid almost $50 for this trash. The fact that there are several comments where this happened tells me they need to check the food before it goes out from this kitchen at the very least. I think the cook is the problem tho. Get him out of there. Geesh
Food was horrible. First served undercooked and then sent back burnt! Chicken completely raw in the middle… definitely find an alternative breakfast spot. It’s not what it used to be.
It was my idea to go to Bob Evans, from what I could remember food was always very good, service was great, and experience was even better. Service was good, experience was fine, the food was mediocre at best. It’s sad, I used to be a big fan. Not sure I’ll be back.
Worst meal. Veg soup had about 4 veggies. All broth. Bacon in the potato soup was burnt and soup had a charred taste, salad greens were wilted on my salad.
very disappointed in the Thanksgiving meal. Husband went this direction this year due to me being diagnosed with cancer and not allowed to go anywhere. It arrived missing half of what should have been in it. there was no gravy, no cranberry sauce, no rolls, no whip cream on the pie. For him paying $80 for this. I'm very disappointed.
Ordered from DoorDash and received this horrible food I can’t believe they even felt comfortable sending it! All my food was burnt and the hashbrowns taste like it was made an old Oil. Those are my chocolate chip and cinnamon pancakes there is not one chocolate chip and not one piece of cinnamon in this
Last evening I ordered my favorite, a turkey dinner. We hadn't visited for several months but last time the food was wonderful. This time the turkey pieces were small and dry. The filling, gravy, and mashed potatoes were extremely salty. The carrots were perfectly cooked, but looked dry. The service, however, was perfect...quick, efficient, and friendly.
