Foods good, bad customers serviceI was there 7/30 for lunch and didn't mind the long wait but one guy was super rude and ignored me & my daughter twice and another employee had to step in and tell him to give me my waffle that he placed down.trying to be nice I said thank you and he ignored me again and started complaining to an employee about a food truck. The women who work there are so so nice . But that guy ruined the experience. I won't be back and won't recommend my family and friends to either.
tried out the newly opened west chester location and had a great experience!! awesome food, gotta try the waffles. the group of boys working were awesome. will definitely be going back!!
The owners are awesome.The chicken sandwich/waffles is delicious.Had a banana caramel milkshake ..yummy...Location was hard to park. busy area.The j's way chicken sandwich and hot mayo was very good.
I live a while away so when I get to town it’s a nice treat to have because it’s my favorite chicken sandwich around. Got my order to go and got a crispy sandwich, was about 20 minutes away and went to eat it and it was grilled. Normally wouldn’t care but it’s not the cheapest. Called up and spoke with the nicest woman, who took down my info. No more than 10 minutes later I get a call from the manager who tells me he’s texting me a gift card for my whole amount. Well above and beyond, and super appreciated! Awesome customer service, awesome food.
Best chicken sandwhich I've ever had! I can't believe I'm saying this, but it beats Chickfila! The sandwhich was moist, super tasty, and it was big! Also the fries were great too! Soo good! Please open a spot in DC!

I have wanted to try there sandwich for so long. They closed recently to Renovate. They are open and there chicken sandwich is a meal. I go 225 pounds and 6' tall. There sandwich filled me up. The sauces are very flavourful. You get an amazing clean taste in your mouth and the mild sauce is perfect for someone like me who loves spice but I can only handle mild. EXCELLENT CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!even the lettuce is green leaf instead of iceberg. It's all about the little things and Blazen J's does it all good. Perfect for on the go my food was ready in less than 10 min. Maybe less than 5 minutes.. good people great sandwich it's another gem for our beautiful down town. Thank you.
The food was good. And the employees were friendly. Don't waste your time on their sandwich it paled in comparison to their chicken and waffles. Don't get me wrong, the sandwhich was good, but the chicken and waffles were FIRE!!! I didn't even get a picture of them. They smelled so good, I didn't even wait.
Fantastic hot chicken sandwich! Go with the mild/no spice for a great taste or add some heat and sweat it out! Either way is great!
This place is awesome! The staff are very friendly. The chicken sandwich "J's way" is incredible. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quality spicy chicken sandwich. The French fries are excellent too.
