The crusted chicken with white cheddar mashed potatoes was one of the tastiest meals I’ve had at similar type restaurants in years! My wife had the blackened shrimp tacos and she also said they were about the best she’s had in awhile.Although we sat at the bar because we weren’t happy with the booth location and cleanliness, it turned out to be better for us anyway. We’re not horse racing fans but it was Derby Saturday so my wife enjoyed the fashions and festivities while I watched golf and NHL playoffs!
Went on a Wednesday evening. They had a special on burgers so I went with that. My friend did as well. The wait for our drinks was 15 minutes. Our food didn't come for another 25 minutes. We weren't checked on in that time. They switched our burger orders which was unfortunate because I get my burgers medium and my friend gets hers well done. They also forgot multiple aspects of the meal. The waitress was pretty nice and made sure to apologize for the wait everytime she would make her way back to our table. The fries were hot and delicious! The pazookie was good. Just a few things that made the experience not great.
Food was cold and bland. The Mother’s Day prime rib special was by far the worst prime rib I’ve ever been served. The waitress (Alexa) was nice and did her best but it was obvious the kitchen staff was to blame. We weren’t the only ones with issues either, two tables near us had similar issues. There are tones of options in the area so don’t make the mistake of going here.
Amazing staff and awesome food, never had a bad experience here! Our server, Ryan, was very personable and had quite the fetching moustache! His fellow server, Bri, was lovely and always made sure we had everything we needed, she even gave us an entire cup of lemons! Their GM, Liz, is the sweetest person I think Ive ever met and is a fantastic example of how a leader in this industry should be; kind, caring, and extremely hardworking. Cant wait to come back!

Our waiter’s service was mediocre at best, he did the bare minimum. He was not friendly, personable, or even very talkative. It was clean throughout the restaurant & the food was pretty good, which is why it gets a 4 start as opposed to a 3 or lower. While I am not counting down the days to return, they did have good food & I would recommend it! Prices are a bit high for what it is, though.
We loved this place. We went out for a quick bite after a movie because getting in before the movie would be impossible on a Saturday Night and still make it to the movies in time. I'm so glad we waited. The restaurant wasn't as busy at a later time and we got seated right away at a comfortable table. We had just sat down and our server, Alicia, came over immediately to greet us and she was the sweetest. The food we ordered was excellent and delicious. We definitely liked the large selection of food on the menu. Thus, we had a hard time deciding what to eat. OMG, the burger my husband had was fresh and delicious and my Quinoa Bowl was really flavorful. Next time we'll definitely explore more items on the menu. The popcorn at the movies filled us up some, but next time we'll go here to eat with a bigger appetite for sure.
It was my first visit to BJ’s tonight and I really enjoyed it. Great atmosphere, food and drinks. I want to add a big shout out to our server, Conner. He was very attentive and a lot of fun! Thank you Conner, hope to see you again soon!
Alright place, staff here pretty disorganized, but things were fine once we got settled. Typical chain food so could be more creative and better quality on the ingredients side (veggies were very lack luster).BJs beer was good but not something I would go out of my way for, good selection otherwise and had some of my favorites not by them on the list. The list doesn't have the pour amounts so buyer beware on that front or you might be disappointed. Personally, if you are not high end you should just use pint glasses and charge more for the higher ABV beers...
