I come to Park City Mall often. I have attempted to get pretzels at this location over a dozen times and no matter if it is busy or slow, they never have any pretzels ready. Four to five employees yet somehow the only pretzels available are always cups of cinnamon sugar minis.Management needs a wake up call because Philly Pretzels has never made me wait 15-20 minutes for any pretzels.
It’s cool to add hours, but when you arrive at 5:30 and drove 30 minutes for pretzels it’s pretty irritating when they “closed early” and stood at the counter on their phones until 6 came, thanks for the waste!
I guess they only sell drinks until 7pm. No pretzels available and didn't offer to make any at 6:40 pm.
I order a regular pretzel cup and I’m handed a pretzel at this point I’m not at the mall I began to eat and I find a short black hair on my pretzel.
One lady yelled at my family about having no pretzels when we didn’t even ask. This lady said that the pretzels would be ready in 25 mins so we went there after that time and we’re told that they were not ready yet. We went in again after 15 minutes and we’re told that they would be ready in 10 mins and we’re asked to leave. After 2 HOURS they still were not ready and we’re got harassed by this particular worker . They served many people before us and when we noticed we went in and they still said there were no pretzels. After finally being able to go In my big family asked 15 pretzels. The lady said there were werent 15 after seeing 22 in the case and counting. The lady got very aggressive and with her saying there were only 10 she magically pulled two more. The total was a big amount so we asked if there were any coupons. On the coupon book it said that if I spend 10 dollars I get a free pretzel so I gave her the coupon and she said it wasn’t valid. After leaving the place we sat on a bench right near the auntie Anne’s the lady locked the door we knocked to see if she would answer but she just stared at the door. We left the bench to go shopping. Then right after we left the door was unlocked to other customers.I will never visit this again auntie Anne’s and am not happy. Kids in the family were very upset and got said and cried.
Pretzels are great as always. But I didn't realize until I got home that 2 of my Pretzels were missing.
Just ordered food went and picked it up then got home it was wrong call them they tell me I have the right food when I clearly don’t! Horrible customer service skills??
Pretty good sevice. Got my drink order wrong but it's ok cause there was only one guy and he was very busy.

I love their pretzels! Except the last time I ordered pretzel bites they tasted kinda like baking soda or something...still gonna go back tho
