Online it says they close at 12am, their door says 9pm. I pulled up to the order box at 8:22 and no one said anything to me when I called out to them, so I pulled around to the window. No less than FIVE employees looked at me and walked away and then they turned off the lights. Confused, I then called the restaurant and they said they were closed (they closed at 8pm, they start staying open at 9pm next week). I told them it was me at the window and they did not apologize. Why isn't there a sign outside or on the door that says what the correct hours are? Or, why didn't an employee come to the window and just TELL ME "Hey, sorry man, we closed at xx time, the signs are wrong." Instead I had to metaphorically chase them down to try to get service. Smh. I will not return to this Arby's for fear of poor service.

Ordered through the drive in on our way to a show at Sight and Sound. Ordered a #1 double, medium, a #10, a beef gyro with no tomatoes due to an allergy, and a cup of water. Recieved the food and drinks and left to eat at the parking lot before going into the show and we were missing the Turkey sandwich for the #10 and the gyro had tomatoes. Didn't have enough time to go back so we were quite upset. We returned after the show and manager refunded the price of the missing sandwich from the drive through.

This particular Arby's has fallen out of favor with me. Took us 30 minutes to get our food from time of arrival. Staff arguing with each other, no communication. They were understaffed so I was patient with them, but never the less, I was disappointed in the service.

It was a very good meal at a reasonable price. Unfortunately they were out of Horsey sauce but a freshly dropped order of jalapeno poppers was a happy spice to add to my palate either way. Boy that bronco Berry sauce is the bomb!!!

My boyfriend loves Arby's I like their French dip. With that being said we pass it on our way home all the time n we'll stop 2 or 3 times a month but it seems like the last almost yr service is horrible they are not friendly at all n our order 8 times out of 10 is missing something! I have gotten the French dip several times n out of the last 6 times it got it they have forgotten the Au Jus VERY VERY AGGRAVATING!!! I was not with my boyfriend most of those times because I have learned you must look at your order when you get it guaranteed if it's after 7pm it's either missing something or the food is horrible! I called as soon as he got home that was at 7:34 the phone just rang n rang they would not answer. The staff there are the worst group of employees we have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant! If you don't like your job then quit and get another one the customer service is horrible! At this point it's worth driving the whole way to the one on Columbia Ave their customer service there is wonderful I never ever had an issue with that one and I lived very close to it several yrs ago I have been going to that one for at least 15-20 yrs! I wish Lincoln highway store was as good as Columbia Ave! Not sure we'll go back to Lincoln highway again!

Went there as a Doordasher. Lobby is closed. Was made to wait in a drive through line over an HOUR to pick up food that was order 20 minutes before I arrived. When I got to the drive though window, the Hispanic lady was not sympathetic at all and blamed my wait on their inability to hire staff.... HOWEVER CHICK-FIL-A NEVER HAS A PROBLEM FINDING 18 EMPLOYEES, EVERY SHIFT, 6 DAYS A WEEK.The rude employee called me a “Puta” as I drove away.

Short on staff, so check the hours by calling them if you can. Only drive through available for now. The service was quick

This location had some dry roast beef sandwiches really was a let down I was hoping for the nice juicer ones w soft bun

I always love Arby's food, I picked up a Reuben sandwich ? with curly fries ?, and a mocha latte shake.Hardly any line for drive thru at the time, prompt & friendly service. ?

Not a huge fan of Arby's but I do love their curly fries. This was a typical Arby's except for the exceptionally long wait in time drive through.
