Was in the shopping center as part of my errands. Went in to order and eat before continuing to my next stop. Waited a little while to be helped, then was told I'd need to take my order to go. Um, no? I can't eat in my car, and I won't be home for more than an hour. Luckily McDonalds is open.If you don't want people to shop there, lock the doors and put up big closed signs, so I don't waste my time.
So Arby’s tried to jump into the big leagues and start selling burgers. The only way I can describe the Arby’s burger is, It’s like the girl in High School that hung out with the Prom Queen, she’s wasn’t quite good enough to BE Prom Queen but was good enough to hang out with the Prom Queen, but was still relatively invisible to everyone else.
Tonight we arrived in the drive thru line around 7:45 with four cars in front of us. We patiently waited knowing the dining room was closed and there were limited employees. As we made our way to the order pedestal the lights went out with no explanation. It was 8:10 and there was no indication that the store was closing. At this point we saw two.cars in front pulled away from the line only to find out they were told through the window by a rude employee yelling " we closed at 8". No signs visible at the drive thru that the store closes at 8. The Facebook page reported otherwise. I thought this was a really poor way to handle the customers waiting in line. A smarter way would be to post a sign or at least have someone have the courtesy to tell customers outside rather than letting them wast 20- 30 minutes for nothing.
I really can't give them too much of a bad review because it's not the employees fault, their food was good. The only reason they got a poor review is because they didn't have enough employees and we sat there for pretty long time knowing we had to go back to work. Some... Kids these days are too lazy to work and want to live off the government. They had three employees there , three to take care of people all day which is really sad. Kids in my day were happy to have a job making money, feeling good about themselves, we paid for our stuff and not our parents giving us everything . Thank you Mom and Dad for making us hard-working respectful adults, R I P ❤️
Food was good and hot. The lobby closes very early and both times going had to go through the drive thru. But I'll be back!
Was waiting in drive thru line, they were very busy. About two mins went by while waiting at speaker to order with no acknowlegement, no, hold on or Ill b with u shortly. So I said "hello"I don't know if the woman's headset's volume was up too loud but she immediately saimmediately said I'm here you don't have to scream at me!! I said to her I did not scream at you I just said hello, She said ok ok I got u, what do u want? I LEFT.
Drive through wasn't great, extremely long line waited 10 min to finally order, once I got the food it was the wrong meal and cold. I get it, covid effects staffing, but the workers should lack on customer service.
We LOVE Arby's.. we stop there about once a month, we have our taxes done just down the street and always stop at Arby's when we are finished. It was 7:45 the drive threw line was around the building we got in line by the time we got around to the menu the car in front of us ordered pulled up then the lights went out the person at the window handed the food to the car in front of us then she locked the window.. as far as we new they were open till midnight.. I pull up to the window and there is a sign that said closed at 8 , not very happy customer ?
Very good service for a busy Friday afternoon and the food was well prepared..All though there was a long line we moved thru in jus a few mins..Good Service
We don’t normally go to Arby’s, but we did because it was close to home and raining. We decided to go through the drive thru. After the car in front of us ordered the lights turned off on the menu. Mind you we were the last car! Instead of kindly just letting us be the last to order someone comes outside 5 minutes later to tell us they close at 8pm. For 1 online says 12am so please update it & 2 we were at the speaker a few minutes before 8pm, but in the drive thru by 7:46pm (Not our fault the line was running slow. There was a car in front waiting to order & the others were waiting for their food). It was only 8:06pm by the time we were able to leave the line. To me that was extremely rude & unprofessional. No other place had EVER done that before especially when we were there waiting before 8pm! Never again will we be going back. Instead of apologizing or just taking our order considering we were there before closing the girl just runs out says “we close at 8pm” & runs back in.
