Very disappointed!! Ordered a hot chicken sandwich to go for $16 and received it with no top Bun, minimal fries no condiments that were asked for, just zero effort! For an item they’ve raised the price of they lowered the quality. Went back said they would remake it but NO, just added a bun and retied the bag. Don’t say you will remake and then not follow through. An apology would have appreciated and they couldn’t even do that.

We stopped here for brunch without a reservation on a Sunday. A line had formed behind us shortly before they opened, which we took as a good sign. Once inside, our group was directed to the bar since all the tables had been saved for those who made reservations. The service started out a bit awkwardly, as our server/bartender had only brought out 2 out of the 4 drink orders that we asked for. Before taking down our food orders, she informed us that she was actually meant to work on the other side of the bar and that someone else would be taking her place. Once her replacement came around, there was some miscommunication about our food orders since it was assumed that we had already put our orders in. Once we overcame the initial bumps in the service, the rest of the meal went very smoothly. We each ordered an Irish-themed brunch item, which were all very tasty and generously portioned. The coffee (served in a cute French press) was also quite good. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal and would definitely return on our next trip to Lancaster—probably with a reservation in the future.

I adore Annie Bailey's and have come here for years. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is charming, the deck is wonderful, and the drinks are great! Service is also friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Great Irish pub! Good food, updated takes on traditional pub fare. Good selection of beers. Portions are big so bring your appetite. Nice atmosphere, too.

Great Irish bar in downtown Lancaster. I ordered fish and chips with a guinness and highly recommend this meal. There was no wait around 3:30 but the place filled up almost immediately. Consider reserving a table. Service was friendly and attentive. Parking is awful, expect to pay and walk. It was a little pricey (I paid around $56) but it’s easily worth it. I would go back if I’m in the area.

The restaurant is very quiet during dinner time, which is rare. The restaurant is very quiet during dinner time, which is rare.

The food was good, and that's all that matters for this review. The management's snarky responses to anything less than resounding praise and the fact that I'm not paid for this lead me to shy away from a full review. Come here and enjoy the atmosphere. We had the smoked meatloaf (not pictured), shepherd's pie, chicken pot pie and the winter flatbread. All good.

We went here to celebrate an anniversary and were impressed with the service and quality of food. We had a minor issue with one meal, and our server was sincerely apologetic and resolved the issue quickly, professionally, and with great courtesouness. We will bring my mom back here next month to celebrate her birthday!

Been here many times, Irish sausage and pancakes sitting on mashed potatoes. Shepherd's Pie. High-calorie food, but I like to try different flavors.

Had brunch today, nice selection of brunch items and traditional Irish options. Service was pleasant and all menus are available online to minimize contact. Enjoyed our meal and the general feel of the restaurant. Would recommend!
