I ordered Mango habanero wings for pickup here and I overall had a good experience. These are one of the best wings I have ever tried. I love how they have the right amount of crispiness and are very meaty. The fries are also quite good. I love the artwork painted on the building, it adds a unique and creative aura. The reason why I took off one star is I wish celery was given with the meal. Other than that, I am planning to order from them again.
Duncan took awesome care of our 11 peeps yesterday. He was fast, efficient, and thorough. My first time there, but the other 10 have been there many times. 1 of them suggested ABG. Food and drinks were enjoyed by all! ?
Stopped by mid Sunday afternoon for some beers and a late lunch. Staff was efficient (managing the bar AND tables, what??!!) and checked in regularly. The husband had a tenderloin tip sandwich and he continued to rave about it, days later. I had a burger and it was excellent. It feels like one of those places that you'd put on your go-to list....why go anywhere else when the food is so good!!!!
Friendly staff. Tasty food. Fairly good cocktails for not having a specialty cocktail menu. Wings are also delicious! Will definitely be back for another happy hour.
Good food (both eat-in and carryout), skilled bartenders (they hussle), fun crowd. Really this place should just be larger so it can accommodate more because it does get a little tight.
Our family was visiting from Tallahassee for a wedding. We were trying to find a spot for dinner and decided on American Bar and Grill. It is a small place but I called and asked if they could seat 14 and they said yes. We walked in and they sat us right away. My daughter was crying after a long day of traveling and a sweet gentleman staff member brought her princess coloring books and crayons which cheered her up. He went above and beyond and gave her a bowl of French fries for free while we looked at the menu. Our waitress Danielle was amazing. She answered all questions and made suggestions for us. She was quick and efficient and very personable. Our orders came out fast and hot. Everything was delicious. To top it off my niece really wanted a chicken wing after seeing ours. The waitress heard and made her a plain one. Normally eating out with a large party is difficult but this restaurant made it easy and fast too. I don’t normally leave reviews but I was very impressed with the service we received and would definitely recommend!

Some of the best wings I’ve had in the area. They are SO crunchy and their sauces are delicious. They are a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. American Bar & Grill does not disappoint. I haven’t had anything else on their menu besides the wings, so I can’t speak for the rest of their food. The wings however, DELICIOUS!!!
Love this place. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. Gotta give it a try if you haven't.
There are a lot of people in the restaurant, I know this is a restaurant with ancient history, but the food is disappointing. This is the smallest chicken wing I have ever eaten in Lancaster.
