Ordered a Philly cheese streak, loaded fries, and a personal bbq chicken Stromboli. Over the phone they said 15-20 minute wait. Got there to pick up my food on the 20 minute mark and they haven’t even started making my Stromboli. Total came to $65$. After I had already paid and they were making the Stromboli I addressed the $65 because I thought it was very absurd for just those 3 things. She then later tells me that they didn’t know what size Stromboli I wanted because they didn’t catch what size I said on the phone so they just made a large. Don’t forget when I got there they hadn’t even started making the Stromboli yet so they could’ve just clarified the size. Meanwhile while I’m waiting an extra 30 minutes for them to make my Stromboli people keep coming back inside after they had already taken their order out to the car saying they didn’t get something. In the end I had a Stromboli witch had hardly any bbq and chicken and about 2 pounds of cheese in it… for 22 dollars. Horrible location. All other locations are brilliant. This one needs some help. Do not go here unless you wanna get ripped off and have to wait an extra 30 minutes for your food.
Best cheese steak stromboli anywhere. Mushroom cheese steak is really good and packed. Service is always great. Nice menu with plenty of selections for everyone. Wife likes the stuffed shells and meatballs.

Nice staff.., wasn't impressed with the chicken wings at all., they were cooked right an flavored perfectly but seemed like they were a cheaper frozen chicken wing., would not get again... I got a Italian cold cut witch was pretty impressive and worth the dollar..
Stopped on the way to Philly and it was the best chicken ? ranch pizza I ever had. Also staff was awesome.
Ordered two large pizzas and a salad over the 12/30/2021. I thought it was one of the best pizza's I have had in a while. I had the new york style thin crust. Everyone in the family agreed the pizza was great. The salad was great also, really fresh, a bunch of toppings. People in side were very nice in friendly. I will be eating here again on my next trip to Lancaster. Thanks
This place is about 30 minutes from my house. So I don't really go there because I usually don't go that way. But a while back me and my wife stopped for two slices of pizza each. As we ate it we looked at each other and both said this was the best pizza we ever ate. And we used to think Nenos In millersville was. So about a week ago we were coming back from Philly and I decided to go out of the way a little and stop again to see if it really was that good. And yet again it did not disappoint. Love the dough and sauce and cheese. It's a basic pie just done extremely well. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just a perfectly done slice of NY style pizza. If you do go there and try it please let me know what you think. I am curious if others feel the same way

Great food, absolutely excellent Cheesesteaks and friendly staff and owner. Delivery can be a little slow so expect better results picking up in person.
