No complaint about the food. Just met one of the rudest bartenders for the first time here. We understand they were busy. I was trying to order appetizers and I said, “ Can we order appetizers just whenever” and he told me off and said that “can’t you not see what I am doing!” It’s not like I called him to get his attention, he was just right in front of me. It was like the third time he came in front of me so I just went ahead and ask him. I did gave him a reasonable time. Never met a bartender that gave attitude before the customer does. He could have just said, “ Give me a second or something.” Other staffs are nice. Came here multiple times.
This was my very first visit to Cheesecake factory. The restaurant was very crowed at the time I went. There was an 1hr/ 1½hr wait. The restaurant setup was very nice and spacious. The hostess was very nice and so was our waitress. The food was delicious. For appetizers We had fried calamari (very good), egg roll sampler (wasn't that good). For dinner I had pasta carbonara, (which was delicious). I just wish there was more sauce. My daughter had Korean chicken, (that was also delicious). Their bacon cheeseburgers were ok and their steak fajita plate wasn't all that. Sort of blah, not much flavor. Dessert was good. I will say though, Do Not Order the Strawberry Shortcake. The biscuits were very hard and had zero flavor. The classic cheesecake and the pineapple upside-down cheesecake were delicious.
We went for brunch on Sunday 4/3. The food was very good but not exceptional. I had the omelette with home fries (they are sooooo good), we also had two slices of cheesecakes (salted caramel and white choc raspberry truffle. We loved the caramel one), the fried Mac and cheese for appetizer was really good but to be completely honest I had higher expectations after visiting other Cheesecake Factory locations across the U.S.Our waiter Brenda was amazing tho, I’d like to shoutout her because she Was very attentive and helped me with a surprise for my friend who joined us for lunch.
Love the food!! Service was fast. only suggestion is to make reservations. We waited 50 minutes and were glad could spend time in the mall
Sorry experience ive ever had at a cheesecake factory. 2 1/2Hour wait time, Server Will was very average and seemed annoyed to be there. Food was a bit salty. Ordered Cheesecake at the entry way on the way out and literally requested that it was voided out due to having to wait for a slice. No bueno. Appetizers were great. Drinks were watered down.
Don't bother ordering curbside. The number doesn't work that is listed at the parking spot plus no one comes out to check. If you go in even after ordering curbside 30 mins before, you have to stand in line. I swear the slices have gotten smaller, but still some of the best cheesecake around.
A bit expensive for my taste but perfect for a special occasion. Nice portions but save room for dessert. Everything was wonderful and the staff was great.
Not many vegetarian options to choose from…I had to send my meatless entree twice back to kitchen to get it done correctly. (They accidentally added ? bacon once). Still they missed out to add suggested greens to it.Cakes are always good and appetizers are worth to give a shot.
I have been to this location several times and always forget to get pictures for a review. As you can tell we almost forgot before we dug into the fried macaroni and cheese. They were out of this world. I recommend everyone try them. So incredibly good. All the food was really good but these were my favorite. I recommend getting the lunch special when you can because the serving sizes are HUGE. It’s enough for two people. I can’t imagine getting the “regular size”. ?? The staff were all super friendly, our waitress was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was my first time eating at a Cheesecake Factory. I got the pretzel bites with cheese fondue for an appetizer and it was really good. My entree was the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and white corn. I was really shocked how big the portion size was. I was only able to eat half. I will definitely be going again. One reason this is not a five star is the menu is so extensive for it being my first time eating here it made it really hard to decide what to try. The other is we went in with 6 adults and 3 children and waited almost 2 hours to be seated and couldn't be seated together. We were put in booths that were back to back so we couldn't even talk to each other.
