They always forget the hot sauces. The night staff are rude the majority of the time and it's a miracle if they don't mess up the order. This recent visit it took 20 minutes sitting in the drive through til they actually took my order, and they forgot an entire burrito. Highly dissatisfied and understand the internet controversy of how bad Taco Bell is.
We came in pretty late on a saturday night, they were very nice and apologized for the long wait. Food was great and when we got to the drive-thru they had our food immediately. Best Taco Bell I’ve been to yet
Who doesn't love The Bell?My recommendation - go before it gets dark. Once it gets dark, the quality drops through the floor. I love me some 'Bell', but this one is terrible. Not, oh they are just a little slow... no, they are completely stoned out of their minds after 8pm.Wrong, missing, swapped, or half complete.See, this is how much I love Taco Bell... only -1 star.
If you've been to one Taco Bell, you've been to them all. It's a typical fast-food chain. I am glad this one was built in KOP at such a great location. Something like this was needed there and it does a brisk business.I always seem to use the drive through anyway and have had no issues with the staff or my orders while doing so. Staff always seems pleasant, and I enjoy accumulating the points which can lead to free food items.
Not a bad taco bell overall. Love ordering at the kiosk as making custom options is much easier which is great.Food has been mostly correct except for once missing a customization but won't hold it against. Can be a tad slow.It's a taco bell so not much else going on.
I placed an online order before I left a store with the intent to pick it up on my way home. I got to the restaurant and,as instructed, went to drive thru and gave my name. I was told to pull around and they would bring it right out. No one was in drive thru at this time. I did and waited another 10 min. I finally went in a r was told they had a big delivery so mine had to wait. I ordered 2 tacos and 2 nacho ch with chips. This the 3rd time this has happened. I’ll think twice about going there again! Not good service.
Food was prepared as ordered served at an appropriate temperature and tasted great. The associates were pleasant and professional. The location was clean and the dining room provided an inviting environment.
Rarely a smooth experience. People ordering throught the mobile app get punished as they must go through the drive through first and then pull back to other other side of the building and wait for an employee to come out the door with the food. That is supposed to be quicker and your order should be made in the queue with everyone else in line, instead they serve everyone else in line first and make the mobile order last. Terrible service.
This Taco Bell does have good, clean, fresh food. The staff is nice. And the drive-thru is very quick.But there is one massively glaring issue. Twice now, I have asked for no tomatoes on what I've ordered. Because I am allergic. Both times I have been given tomatoes.For the average person yes, go here you could do so much worse. But if you have any dietary issues or restrictions, stay far far away.
Not bad. Quesadilla was very thin, though, so add some extra sauce or chicken when ordering. Overall, yummy!
