No soap or paper towel in the bathroom and you are forced to touch the bathroom door to get out of it. Disgusting. I ordered and sat for 10 min only to find out they completely forgot about my drinks. Obviously, I did not want to remind them because it is a risk that they will put something in your drink so I just left. I've had this happen to me before almost died from bleach poisoning. It's a lesson for me when you walk in and see them having an attitude and staring at you don't even order just go get food somewhere else.

I have been here several times so far, utilizing mobile order and ordering in the store. Overall, it is an okay Starbucks. The staff are nice, and the seating area is clean. However, it is quite small inside and they overfilled a Frappucino causing caramel to drip out creating a mess. They are quick to fill the order and will accommodate as needed. Between the location and speed I would recommend if you want a quick treat while shopping.

Worst Starbucks ever!We went to get a tall vanilla latte with two espresso shots at the drive through. We waited for almost 40mins and at the end they gave us the wrong order - vanilla latte with two vanilla shots instead of two espresso shots. The person at the delivery window just acted normal and didn’t even say sorry.

I go to starbucks frequently, especially this location. They had 6 people working and it took them 10 minutes to take our order, and another 10 to get the items we ordered. Highly disappointed

We love this Starbucks. We stop by at least 3 times a week and always have the best experiences and staff is super friendly. The young man at the drive-through window today (curly hair, didn't get his name), was so polite and just so full of positive vibes.

Frequent Starbucks customer, however this was my first time visiting this king of Prussia location. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks in all of my time. To start, my drink was made incorrectly twice. The third attempt at remaking my drink, I had the window slammed shut in my face before I had even driven off from the drive thru window rudely by Chris. Chris clearly had an attitude and treated me poorly today. Chris was upset about remaking my drink that he failed to put the lid on my beverage all the way causing half of the hot beverage to spill all over me and in my car. Thank god this steamed hot beverage did not burn me, that would’ve been another issue! Will not return to this Starbucks location!

Do the drive thru! I cannot stress this enough. I have had no problems with the drive thru at this location but waited 42 minutes for an iced coffee in store that never came.

The place is filthy and there’s fruit flies everywhere near the food section. Clearly a health violation. I would not go there.

I visited this Starbucks for the first time one dreary winter after the news of my parents divorce. I thought it would be any other day- except with terrible news- until I entered and made eye contact with barista Ema. He noticed the single tear fall from my eye and offered me a free white chocolate mocha with whipped cream kids temp. Ema saved my life that day. I was a regular at this location and he knew my order by heart. The cold brew I had that summer evening was heavenly.

For the love of God, do not go here! So many coworkers are being overworked and underpaid. It's ridiculous! I heard, a lot of SICK coworkers have to clock in and clock out on their sick days to make up the time they have lost! Whoever is the manager of this store, is doing a terrible job and she or whoever this person is, needs to be fired for being a terrible manager. Blame the manager, not the coworkers.
