Blasting music super loud making it difficult to work thereDirty bathroomsTo top it all off got Covid after stopping by to work for a short morning

Drive-through line was long for the morning rush but moved quickly. Friendly staff at the window. Well made drinks.

This is the friendliest and most upbeat Starbucks I have been to. The baristas know many of us by name. They are hardworking and accommodating and have created a wonderful environment in these difficult times. Drinks are delicious. Thank you to the staff.

The posted hours online, on the Google listing, on the paper sign taped to the location’s drive through menu, and hand-written on the drive through window (see attached photo) all indicate opening at 6AM on Sunday’s. I arrived at 6:13 today (Sunday) and not only was it not open, it was dark and empty and appeared to not be opening anytime soon. Please update your hours or if last minute staffing challenges occur, updating the on-site location information and Google listing would be helpful for your customers. For a large corporate-owned chain, this degree of poor service and communication is unacceptable.

Chelsea Grossman, Patty Grossman and Leila Gerwig suck. My friend has been abused at your location, Merry Christmas and rot in the after life

This Starbucks has to be the most complicated Starbucks I’ve been to. They are so inconsiderate and never have the ingredients I ask for (which is the simplest ingredients like almond milk). They are also rude and have no idea to talk to customers. Leaving me as a customer unsatisfied, unhappy and disappointed.

Fantastic service! My drink came out in a timely manner, and my barista, Paige, was very nice and quick. Thanks!

November 6th: I just spent 15 minutes driving around the parking lot looking for a space. I finally found one and when I tried to go into Starbucks there was a sign on the door that said the store was closed except for drive thru. What the hell?? I don't know what this store thinks gives them the right to arbitrarily close their store to walk-ins.When I was here just yesterday the store was opened and full of people. Very frustrating experience. I truly miss the Starbucks in Wayne.

Poor Order Ahead, Hours shift by the day, horrific drive-thru experience.I used to love this store. As a resident of the town center I could easily order ahead on the app, walk over + pick up my order. No hassle + friendly people made me order literally every day. That all changed over the last few weeks. They close when the website says they are open, often modify hours, and switch to Drive-Thru only service seemingly on a whim.Last straw was today, I went to pick up my order ahead coffee at 11:46am and was greeted with a sign on the door saying "our store is closed use the drive-thru". Someone was able to bring my coffee out but wow - turn off the app at least so I don't have to rudely bang on the door for 10 minutes.I get this might be a temporary staffing shortage thing but the other nearby Starbucks don't seem to be having this problem. If you're going to play games with your drive-thru at least stay open through noon! For the thousands of people that live and work in the town center who could walk in, waiting in the drive-thru line is just simply not an option.Honestly, I'm glad you've let me discover Wegman's, where I can easily walk up, get my caffeine fix and pay $1 less each day. Hopefully, this store's management can fix their operations and stop alienating loyal customers. If you're from Starbucks corporate reading this review I would highly recommend checking in with the GM - it is just not a good example of your national brand expectations.

Not sure how to do 0 stars but they do t do curbside or pick up they won't even let you inside the store to order let alone go to the bathroom. I didnt even bother with the 25 car line. Worst experience, I will never go to this location again.
